The History Of The Man Defines How And Why The Company Became Crader Construction Services, Inc.

Brian has always understood and accepted himself for the unique individual he is and never wanted to be or act like anyone else. He has always been compelled to understand how things worked and driven to investigate why. In 1983 while still attending Alhambra High in Martinez California, he got a job with a local roofing company and immediately was drawn to and understood the mechanics of the application process.

Over the years he worked for many roofing contractors in California. He obtained his C-​39 Roffing and B — General Contractor state licenses and started serving the east bay as Crader Construction in 2001 and Incorporated: March 2006. He has acieved success in establishing and maintaining a company based on his commitment to excellence. He has and alway will fight to keep his integrity. The fact is that to him. this is not just a company, it is his Legacy!

His competitive nature and the desire for a good wage led him to develop his own application style by investing in the best tools and developing time saving application steps. As a result: Wherever he worked, when he was on a job the company profit benefited by his performance. He became a proficient and respected applicator of Built-​up roofs, Composition, Tile, Wood, Modified Bitumen, Metal, Single plies. He found that not all contractors choose the the best roof systems for particular project conditions; also materials were not always chosen based on compatibility or quality.

He determined to be more than an applicator. He would be a roof technician and went directly to the manufactures of the best proven quality materials, enrolled in their advanced training programs, actually learned the science behind the how, why and what made each roofing system excel. He achieved certifications and approved applicator status for the systems he installs
