Still no money or contact from Duncan and he also has no valid contractors license. Even with my review people have still messaged me about Duncan so I assume he is still swindling money from people. Hope you are all smarter buyers than I was.

Because I had an overall positive experience with Duncan in 2013, when I took up the balance of my kitchen remodel in April of 2014, I brought him back for the parts that fell into his area of expertise. The first 4 months went well. He had a family wedding in June or July and asked me pay the final payment on 2 of 3 work orders even though there were still open items. And because we’d had a good history, I did. I made a 50% down payment on the 3^rd.
By September, it was near impossible to get him out to the house. There was a litany of excuses, too numerous to detail here. He had a number of personal problems. My empathy extended through February at which point, I was just fed up. It’s been a year now and my kitchen is not finished. I’m now hiring other contractors to complete his work. It’s so sad to me that this is where we’ve gotten to.

I need to modify my cabinet so my new microwave can fit in their designated slot; Duncan was the only person that even took the time from his busy schedule to listen to my problem. He was the only person that even called me back out of how many companies from Unilocal and came to my house to evaluate if he can finish the job for me. I’m so happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone. He’s very professional and I will definitely call him for my next project. THank YOU

Duncan did a great job on our pantry cabinets. He even stayed after and helped us organize our food on the shelves. He was very professional and cleaned up after everything he did. I would highly recommend him.
