Our company has over 25 years experience designing, installing and maintaining some of the finest residential landscapes in the East Bay. We are expert in all phases of landscape construction, including: brick, stone, concrete and paver masonry; carpentry such as, fences decks and arbors; all aspects of drainage and irrigation; grading; paving; lighting; and planting.

Business Owner

Mr. Moshy received a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from UC Berkeley in 1982. After working one year in a medical research laboratory in London, he returned to the US and founded Earth Lines Landscape in 1984. Earth Lines specializes in residential landscape installation and maintenance throughout the San Francisco East Bay Region.

Mr. Moshy founded and became General Partner of Tahoe Properties in 1999. Tahoe Properties’ core business activity is the purchase, management and sales of multi family properties in the western US.

Mr. Moshy continues to own, operate and actively manage these two companies.
