This place is great. Can get all my laundry done at once for pretty cheap. Always clean, and in order and smelling good. Only suggestion is play some music or something. It’s eerie quite

LaunderLand is a solid laundromat where I have been a regular since early 2013. I’ve never had to wait for a washer or dryer. They have many machines, bright lighting, and plenty of space to fold and sort. Most customers wait in their parked cars in the private lot which is surrounded by trees and other living things. The addition of comfortable seating(i.e. benches with level seats) indoors and out would make this facility more welcoming.

This place takes FOREVER to dry your laundry. The dryers are big and all but it took me more than 2 hours to to dry with two dryers going! Maybe the heat wasn’t as high as it could be, I don’t know but it was annoying to be waiting that long — after being there washing clothes and all. There are plenty of washers and dryers for everyone and I went on a day when it wasn’t as busy. They have super washers to wash more clothes — which will of course cost more. I think the prices are bit high but that is something that is pretty typical for laundry mat places. The place has horrible parking as well. There are only like 5 in front parking spaces &1 handicapped space. The rest is sort of random parking, which makes a mess when people are trying to leave the place. Avoid Saturdays and Sundays for washing. If you must wash on those days go early in the morning and hope it isn’t packed. Happy washing & drying! :)

I recently moved to a home and haven’t bought a washer and dryer yet. I usually go to family or friends but this time I have a lot of loads including dog bedding so I came to this coin laundry. So far I’ve put my clothes into two machines only to find out they don’t work! After finally getting everything washed I loaded it all in the dryers only to find out they all don’t work as well. They only give you seven minutes for a quarter and keeping my eye on my clothes I’m discovering that too is a lie. I’m using four dryers put the same amount of quarters in each one and yet the ones I started last have four fewer minutes than the ones started fist. Figure that one out! The only reason I even gave them one star is because they are clean and the other customers are very nice. I would not recommend this place though. save your money.

It’s cheap and it’s not always clean but the machines are well taken care of. The bathroom smells every time I go in there but you would expect that in an old building. The owners are really nice and do clean up from time to time. I’ve met some nice people here as well. It may not be fancy but it works for me.

Do you feel like beating on the machines to have them open? Or to take your money. PLEASEMACHINE! GIMMMMEMYCLOTHES! Thats what I had to deal with when I came here a couple weekends ago. Mind you I had my toddler in tow which made it even more frustrating. This place needs a serious makeover including the parking lot and an upgrade to the machines. They were even out of water in the vending machine. BLAH. There is no convenience store close by unless you want to drive to Safeway around the corner first so beware. The only good thing is that the machines since they are old and some top loaders… are pretty cheap. I think they start at 1.75 or something for a top loader. At least with those you don’t have to fight to get your clothes back. UGH.

SUPERCLEAN! We went around 8pm and had no trouble getting 4 machines. There were plenty of empty of all types.(I always use 4 super washers for max savings and then split up into 8 dryers for a fast trip.) A gentleman came in at nine non invasive/or rushing just flipped the sign to closed and started cleaning. Contrary, to the other comment I found no ugly signs/dirt/or rude people. They do have cash to change machines, not card to change so make sure to bring cash. They have two vending machines(juices and snacks) along with AREA51, MRS. PACMAN, and Airborne.(All a single quarter to play!) I have lived in apartments for years and had to go to many different laundromats in various cities. It was a little hard to find coming off 4 west alhambra, but well worth it! It’s a block past safeway on the left side. Lots of parking as well. I will continue to go back.

Along with broken, and old-ass machines there were all these signs to remind their tweaker, low-life, criminal customers what’s up. ‘DONOTTAKECARTS’ ‘[GRAFFITI] ISAGAINSTTHELAW“ some of the double load machines were cheaper per load, but I’ll pay a little extra so I dont have to be reminded that a fugitive has been spotted on camera there and to call the police if you see him. Go to Highlander across the street.
