I specialize in residential real estate home sales. I work with both buyers and sellers from point zero all the way through the closing date. But service doesn’t stop at closing. I stay in touch with all our past clients to provide advice and service on just about every aspect of home ownership. I consider all our clients to be clients for life. I can help you with more than just buying or selling a home. I’ll provide you with timely and valuable advice whether you need a plumber, a painter, a tax adviser or an estate planner.

History

Established in 2000.

Our brokerage was founded by a husband and wife team who have long since retired. We started out in east Contra Costa County as a RE/​MAX franchise. All through the 2000’s our office was the number one office in east county!

Today we operate under the Coldwell Banker banner. Coldwell Banker is a local Bay Area company formed after the great 1906 earthquake in response to the need for honest agents to fairly represent people who were being taken advantage of by rich and unscrupulous speculators. Coldwell Banker agents sell more real estate per agent than any other major brokerage house in the world.

Hello, my name is Neil Case. I am a real estate broker associate. I am a transplant from central Minnesota. After high school I spent 3 years in the U.S. Army. I landed in Pittsburg CA after my hitch in the Army.

My first few years in CA I spent working misc jobs while I searched for my niche. In the early and mid 90’s I worked in retail sales. it was there that I learned so much about client care skills and policy.

In the late 90’s I held a position selling home improvement products to homeowners. The products and services offered covered virtually every aspect of a house from the top to bottom including roofing, windows, heating, cooling, siding, kitchens and baths and even room additions. It was at this position that I learned how to identify construction quality and how to plan for and estimate the project and costs to remedy deficiencies of houses. This skill has served me very well in selling homes.
