My son was two years old when he learned to open the refrigerator. He found a bottle of pancake syrup, opened it, turned it upside down and walked from the kitchen, to the dining room, through that to the living room, then on to the hallway and down to the master bedroom to show me the syrup so I could make him pancakes. All the way he drizzled a little Hansel and Gretel style trail of syrup. Prior to this there was also an incident with blue finger paint winding up in the carpet.
I had hired other carpet cleaning services from different companies, but the syrup and finger paint stains always came back within days.
I talked to Wes on the phone and he explained why the previous cleaners hadn’t been successful then came and not only cleaned the carpets in our home but SANITIZED them! That’s music to the ears of a mother with crawling babies :)
It’s been two years since Showcase cleaned our carpets and there is still no trace of the old syrup stain (now we might just get our deposit back when we move!!)

Our large area rugs had seen better days. With 2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs and a cat we needed a little freshening to say the least. I called Showcase and spoke with Wes, he was able to book us within a couple of days and we paid a very reasonable price. Wes was prompt, efficient and thorough — he even got out some gum that had been ground in for the better part of a year! They looked and smelled great. Highly recommended!

We were moving out of our house with carpets in bad shape from ware and dogs. Showcase came in and made them look like new!!! Great service, very friendly.

I called Showcase Carpet and Floor Care with the intention of having them polish the bamboo flooring of my new house. The owner, Wes, advised me not to since he did not recommend such treatments for residential flooring. I was impressed with his honesty and so I asked him to clean a couple of area rugs for me as well as just one room with wall-​to-​wall carpeting.
His cleaner, Jeff, was very professional and polite, calling ahead to confirm the appointment and then showing up right on time. He showed up in a generic mini-​van with no company markings which kind of got me wondering… maybe a magnetized sign for the staff vehicles would help promote the company image?
Showcase used a portable cleaning unit — like the rentals you used to find at groceries but bigger and heavier duty. They did not use a suction truck with long hoses. I had mixed feelings about this. Jeff said the portable units clean better, but it was painful to me to watch him lug it up the steps to my porch and then there were the stairs to the second floor, so I helped him carry the equipment up. What if I was infirm and unable (or unwilling) to help? Then he would have had to muscle the bulky equipment up himself which would have left him with less energy and incentive to do the actual cleaning and it would have also increased the risk of the equipment bumping into furniture or walls. Another negative with the portable units is that the cleaner has to dump the spent and dirty cleaning fluids into your toilet for disposal. The trucks with the suction hoses haul away the dirty fluids which I would prefer to having it dumped into my toilet!
Jeff thoroughly cleaned the two area rugs and the one room with wall-​to-​wall carpet. I think he was there for almost two hours. My cost was roughly $ 35 per room/​rug which I thought was a bargain. I definitely recommend Showcase despite my couple of niggles!

Wes and his team cleaned the carpets in my Chirpractic office and they did a wonderful job. I have had my carpets cleaned by many companies and in a very short time the spots were back but with Showcase the spots stayed away. I give them an A+++.

We met with the Owner, Wes who came to our home and provided a quote. His price was extremely reasonable. His crew was clean, friendly and very professional. They cleaned up after their work and we were so pleased that we have referred them to several of our clients.
