We have bought several vehicles here and have all of our maintenance and repairs as well. Their staff has always gone above and beyond in every aspect when we have needed anything. That was proven recently when we were having an issue with a dash light. There are no words to describe how thankful I am for all they did to get us back on the road. They are genuine and take good care of their customers. We plan to stick with them for many years to come.

Do not give this place your number or they will start harassing you via email, calls and texts. Even when you reply and say you are not interested or ignore them thereafter, Ivar will constantly harass you! Do not even come here!

My husband and I had the BEST experience we have ever had with anyone in the industry. Philip Nice was the salesman we worked with. I know this sounds silly but his last name fits his personality to a T. He was such a joy and so helpful. I went to the dealership not really knowing too much about what I wanted, Philip was happy to help and even stayed late to make sure I was happy with the car and the contract. My husband and I both ended up getting new cars & he didn’t even want to buy for another year or two but Philip listened and got us great deals that we were both comfortable with. Thank you so much Philip. I highly recommend this dealership and when you go ask for Mr. Nice!

My wife and I had a great experience at Roy Robinson Chevrolet. We worked with Chuck Weinberg. We settled on a price right away through a Costco promotion. I’ve bought other cars through Costco, it’s the way to go. I did my research, so going in I had realistic expectations. They came pretty close to what I thought the price should be early on, so my confidence was good. They also were upfront about the factory promotions available, however I knew what they were before arriving. We didn’t have a trade in so I can’t say how that would have turned out. It was as quick and easy as it can get buying a car from a dealer.

We just drove off the lot with our new to us travel trailer. Dave Koshak was so wonderful to deal with. His friendly and honest manner made buying out of state so easy and stress free. Thank you for your candor and professionalism. Thanks also to Bryan who walked us through the unit, made sure that everything was in tip top shape and for educating us on the unit. We are so excited about our purchase!

They were excellent. They replaced the driver’s side window regulator and the windshield wiper module. They provided a loaner car. The car was done on time. I have found a dealer I believe I can trust. And they did not try to sell me a bunch of other repairs.

Randy & Bic were amazing in helping me get the car I wanted and worked hard at it for a few days finding me something I loved & worked with my lack of credit. It was really nice having someone do the leg work. They were both very friendly and kept in good contact with me though the process without being pushy at all. My husband is in the market for a used diesel truck, and Roy Robinson happened to have one that we were highly interested in. We called on a Saturday morning, and Rick Nelson answered the call. Over the phone, he gave us some details on the vehicle and we arranged later that day to test drive the truck.
Unlike many dealerships and salesmen, Rick was so accommodating and let us test drive the vehicle without him riding along. We returned to the dealership after the test drive, and began negotiating the price. We couldn’t get to an agreement, so we decided to walk away.
In the meantime, we looked at several other trucks at other dealerships and decided to return this past weekend to view the truck again. We knew we would have to pay the price previously offered to us if we were to purchase the truck. As we were looking at the truck, we noticed some things that we hadn’t noticed before that began to cast doubt in our minds about purchasing it. However, we began negotiating on the price again but then ultimately decided for the price, and for the items on the truck needing repair or attention, that we had to walk away a final time.
Although we didn’t leave as owners of a Roy Robinson vehicle, we cannot speak highly enough about Rick Nelson. He is such a genuine person to deal with, and we felt badly that our time spent with him did not result in a vehicle purchase.
While that deal did not work out, we wouldn’t hesitate to return to Roy Robinson to look at vehicles in the future. And you can bet we’ll be working with Rick Nelson should the need arise.

Easiest car deal ever. Straight forward trade in with a great value on my car for an SUV. They are courteous and professional. No wonder Roy Robinson has such a great reputation. Highly recommend contacting Eric B in sales.

On both times I purchased cars from Roy Robinson Chevrolet, all I can say is «Thank you Mark Miller and Kelly Rayson». You both have made my car buying experience one to remember and cherish. You both made car buying so easy for me.
I recently bought a car from another dealer and Roy Robinson was more than happy to take it in for warranty repair work. They even offered me a loaner car and finished the repair work the same day I took my car in. Thank you very much, Steve Wilson. I appreciate your and John’s excellent work. I have been very happy with Roy Robinson’s service since day one.

This review is only about their service center. I had an extreme experience here, so this review is tough. However, all things considered, I can’t recommend this place. The people are not friendly at all. I waited in line for a while. One guy at the counter looked up at me a few times, then said «can I help you?» without even looking up. I did all of the paperwork then he led me to a waiting room. The work did get done pretty quick. When I got on the highway after leaving, one wheel seemed to shake like crazy. I started to head back to the dealer (slowly) until I just got too scared to keep going. When I stopped, all but one lugnut had fallen off the wheel. The service center had forgotten to tighten the lugnuts. They did pay for a tow back to the place. When I was completing the new paperwork, everyone was eerily quiet. The manager did eventually come out and apologize and offer to fix all of the damage. The repair did take longer than expected because one part was delivered damaged. The same manager proudly told me that he would never put a damaged part on a vehicle. Why would anyone do this? They did fix it right (I had a 3^rd party inspect the work) and paid for it all. I’m dinging them for poor customer service, a pretty big mistake, and bragging about doing the right thing. Mistakes happen, but I just don’t have a good feeling about this place.

Went to check out a couple trucks that we saw online. Test drove a Dodge. The guy that was helping us was not pushy at all and was fairly knowledgeable about the inventory. He was very nice and also took us to the other lot to look at a couple more trucks. I appreciated him showing us around and not trying to sell is something outside of our criteria.

I was told $ 3K over the MSRP, and then got bullied by the manager when i wanted my quote in writing while another guy yelled at me to move away from his desk. Overall no professionalism, it almost felt like being bullied by thugs, really sketchy pricing, ah terrible experience. Don’t even waste your time at this place.

My husband and I had been looking for a used GMC or Chevy truck for over a month, with a very specific set of requirements. We wanted it to be black, have leather interior, be 4×4 and be within budget.
We spent a lot of time looking and went to another dealership only to find the truck wasn’t out of Detail yet. So, on the way home, we went to Roy Robinson of Marysville.
There was one truck that almost fitted the bill, but it lacked the leather seats, so we spoke to Nick Buckles who was clearly very busy. He came over to us, and explained he was just finishing up with a couple going on a test drive, and that he’d be right with us. We appreciated the time fact we had time to look around on our own, and were left to take our time. When Nick came back, we explained what we were looking for and he showed us the closest he had. He then asked if we’d considered new, and we had (briefly) but said that we really wanted used. However, we went to look at some new trucks with Nick and sure enough, they had exactly what we wanted.
My husband and I took one for a test drive to see how it was, and we were again by ourselves which meant we could talk openly together about it (other test drives have included the sales person riding with us which made for uncomfortable, stilted conversations between us). We discussed the pros and cons and decided new was the way forward. We returned back to the dealership and explained our new thinking to Nick. He showed us exact truck we wanted in more detail, and we both felt like this was what we wanted.
Still a little hesitant, my husband («Smaug») wanted to sleep on it and explained to Nick that he’d likely see us tomorrow, but that we wanted to think it over and play around with the numbers. Nick was very understanding, and so made us feel at ease, and he didn’t pressure us. He promised to send details to us via email, and that we should just head up to Marysville whenever we were ready.
The next day, we went back and bought the truck. It took a while (it was a Sunday) as the banks etc. were a lot slower, but we made a great deal with Nick, he was awesome, and we picked up our truck all shiny and new the next day at the appointed time.
Everyone at Roy Robinson Chevrolet was extremely polite and helpful; we watched the Seahawks game in their waiting area and just had a very fun and pleasant experience getting our Silverado from Nick and Roy Robinson.

Had been shopping for an electric vehicle for some time and landed on the Volt. Spoke with several dealerships regarding price and future service. Not only did Roy have the lowest price, they had amazing communication, superb service and deal went off as planned over email to the $ and in less than two hours. No surprises and a pleasant experience with Doris in finance as well. Grant was my salesperson and what a pleasure. Calm, informed, and a fun guy to spend a couple hours with. This is how buying a car should be. Believe me, there are still several «old school» dealerships in the area where it is all about the phone, the grind down, etc. Not with Roy Robinson. A progressive group that get the internet, email, fair negotiation and then doing what you say! Thanks to all at Roy Robinson. Did I mention I also saved $ 400 in sales tax. The drive to Marysville is pleasant, more of you should take it. Look for Grant when you get there.

This is a review for the Service department for Roy Robinson Chevrolet and Subaru. Sales Dept is fine. Service Dept is very shady and dishonest. I was lied to 3 times and never fix the problem. Took my truck to another Chevy dealership in Arlington and fixed the problem the first time. I had talked to the service manager at Roy’s and he did nothing even after I proved to them his service writer lied to me 3 times in writing. We are in a world with EMAIL. I will never do business with the service dept.
