Buying our new Subaru Forester at Roy Robinson was easy and painless. Our sales representative, Dok Chang, was excellent. He had a thorough knowledge of the products, and was able to answer any and all inquiries. There were no high pressure tactics.
This was a positive experience because when we left we felt good about the deal we made, and that the value for the dollar was definitely there.
Everyone treated us as very special people. We will be back.

Roy Robinson has the best sales and service. I was looking for a used RV for months. On my second time with Dave Ko. I was able to fulfill my dreams and purchase a Lexington Forest River RV. I love it! The service department was excellent in taking care of me and explaining everything. Dave was always on hand to help me through the entire process. Dave is so friendly, caring and listened to my needs. He made me so comfortable throughout the whole process of getting my 1^st RV and all my follow up visits to answer my questions.

From the very first time I spoke with Edie, she was friendly, honest, and helped to get the information I needed to make my decision. I felt I could trust her and she was so great to work with. I had found the Subaru Forester I wanted at a different Subaru dealership, but Edie was able to match the price, get the car available for me the next day, and came in on her day off to meet with me. I had called around to several other dealerships and knew after speaking to Edie, that she was the person I wanted to purchase the vehicle from. This was my very first brand new car purchase, and she made the experience fun and knew I was in good hands.

I have been wanting a Subaru for some time, and when the time came to make it happen, I started hunting for the best dealership. Time and time again I my searches led me back to Roy Robinson. Even though the dealership isn’t a «certified» dealer through my bank (and I hope that changes in the future!), I decided to submit an online inquiry.
I received an immediate reply from David, and have had nothing but exceptional service from day one. When we were finally able to schedule an appointment, he was ready and waiting to assist us.
We test drove two cars, and made a quick and easy decision about what we wanted. Although the car we wanted wasn’t in stock, we were assured it was scheduled in an upcoming delivery.
Lo and behold — our new Outback arrived several days early! We are very happy with the car and David’s friendly, no-​pressure demeanor. Robin (finance) and Tammy (service) were also wonderful and helpful. I’m excited to begin a great relationship with the good folks at Roy Robinson!

I had been wanting to get a Subaru Forester for a while, and finally went in to pull the trigger and trade in my old Ford. I worked with Chuck Bagi, and he was awesome! Nice, funny, and I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of like I have at other places. He absolutely knows his stuff and was a wealth of information. In the end, I got a great price that I could feel good about, and I’m loving my new car — why did I wait so long :)! I would definitely recommend Chuck, he’s your guy!

We recently purchased a new 2105 Itasca Spirit Motor Home from Roy Robinson RV and were treated wonderfully by our sales rep David Hayes. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us through the whole process answering all our questions and more. He even took time to introduce us to the service manager Matt Benjamin and the rest of the service staff. We were also helped extensively by a wonderful parts consultant, Marti Olson.

I went to Roy Robinson to buy my first new car and Jason Peterson made it a fun and relaxed experience. He helped me find the car I wanted, talked to me about my different financing options and never pressured me at all. I left with the Subaru Legacy and it’s a great car. It was a wonderful experience and when it’s time for another one I’ll be giving Jason a call.

I recently bought my first Subaru from Michael Kempter at Roy Robinson Subaru and I couldn’t be happier!!! What an amazing and efficient team they have! Every aspect of the sale through the paperwork was smooth sailing! I love my new Crosstrek! I’m customer for life!

My wife and I were in the market for a VW Passat and they had one that had been traded in. Dave, the salesman that helped us was HEAD AND SHOULDERS above all the other sales people we had dealt with at other dealerships. He was friendly, low pressure, and wonderfully conversational. The sales manager worked with us on the price to fit our budget and even filled the gas tank for us!
To top it all off, they’re a dog friendly dealership and they let us bring in our furry four-​legged child, Jet, to sit with us as we did the paperwork. At least four other people who worked at the dealership (from a service guy walking by, to other salesmen) stopped to pet him and chat with us. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it made our whole experience that much better.
We’ll definitely be back to buy from them again!

My husband and I were looking for a new used car and we stopped here as a first place. The worker who helped us was really nice and laid back, but was really helpful and informative. Also they had good selections of cars we were looking for.
Just simply we had a good experience with them even though we were just looking.

This is the first review I have ever written on social media. I wanted to express my sincerest thanks to Andrew in assisting me and my wife with the purchase of my new 2015 Subaru. Andrew spent as much time as I needed to understand the details of the purchase agreement as well as worked one on one with me and my wife to understand the features on the car and how to use them. I am very happy with my purchase and will be getting the car service there as well.

Kelly sold me my first Subaru WRX and I’m in love. I feel like he was honest with my trade value and made sure I was happy with the total purchase price.
He also wasn’t afraid to tell me what was unreasonable and why. I appreciate that and I will buy another at this dealership.

Great experience with David Jennings on our purchase of a pre-​owned vehicle for our daughter. We found a Kia Sorrento that had been a local trade in and was exactly what she’s been looking for.
It seemed pretty clean but I wanted a local mechanic to do a buyers inspection. David personally dropped the car off at the mechanics the night before the inspection, which I thought was very nice. (I used Mike’s Automotive in Marysville and highly recommend them too)
After the inspection David worked with us and we came to a price that I thought was both reasonable and fair.
We drove up from Seattle to pick up the vehicle that day and David had the paperwork ready and waiting for us upon arrival.
It was a quick and painless purchase and David answered all of my questions honestly and was a genuinely nice guy.
I would highly recommend him as a sales person and will definitely be calling him first when we purchase our next vehicle. (It’s worth the drive)

I just picked up my 2015 Subaru Outback Limited on Saturday, it was the Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had.
We dealt with Kelly Rayson who we had called before going in and explained that we had had a house fire where everything was lost including our car.
He helped us to order what we wanted and the paperwork was ready when the car arrived. We walked in and virtually drove right on out!
I would recommend Roy Robinson Subaru and especially Kelly Rayson to anyone looking to buy a great car.

I’d been looking for an used Mazda 5 for a while, and found one at Roy Robinson Subaru that was exactly what I was looking for, and had a great price (below budget!). Andrew Manseth helped me throughout the whole process, and was very patient and straightforward about everything (I asked a lot of questions!). Once I knew that I wanted to purchase the car, it was a straight shot from there — Andrew took care of all the paperwork quickly, and I was able to drive home with my new car that night. As far as the car itself, I felt like I was told the truth from the moment I stepped in, as far as the condition of the car and whatnot. This is something that you read a lot about (not to trust car salesmen, etc.) but I felt that Andrew was being genuine the entire time, and wanted to address my every concern about the car. The mechanic shop at the dealership had made some fixes and had written up a report on the condition of the car, so I knew where it stood (life left on brakes, etc.) Later, I took the car to my mechanic, and he came back with pretty much the exact same report, so now I can trust the folks at Roy Robinson Subaru (and save money, since I had to pay my mechanic for the inspection!)
I should mention that Roy Robinson Subaru has a little play room for the kids. This was a Godsend as my wife was able to take our 2-​year old there to play and get some energy out while we waited. It’s one of those little things that made the experience even better. :) Anyway, I definitely recommend this place, and will keep it in mind for next time I consider buying a car.

Our salesman, Chuck Bagi, really stood out when I was emailing all the Subaru dealers in the area. He was always cordial and friendly, gave me any information I asked for, and never dodged any questions through the entire emailing process. In fact, Chuck took the time to elaborate in his email responses in addition to answering every question! I felt like I was being treated like a respected friend, not to mention I got the best internet quote in the entire Puget Sound area after just a few emails. It was wonderful!
I was afraid that Chuck might be one of those people that can write great emails, but strange or awkward in person – totally not the case. He carried the above and beyond internet experience in person and was everything you’d expect a good host to be. After we agreed on the price of the car and the trade in, it only took us another hour to finish the buying process. Quick! And the coffee was good too.
All in all, this was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! Thanks Chuck! :)

I bought a Subaru Forester a couple of days ago at Roy Robinson. I had an excellent experience. My salesman was Jason Peterson. He was upfront, honest, not demanding, and extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the car.
He had the car in the color I wanted brought into an indoor bay next to the show room so that we didn’t have to be out in the rain. He took lots of time to show me the car. He sat with me and showed me how every feature worked, even helping me pair my phone and test out the handsfree system.
When we’d finished with the car he told me to go home and think about it and feel free to call him with any extra questions. I ended up buying the car right then. He was the exact opposite of pushy. I also got a really good price on the car. It was $ 600 cheaper than the dealer in Kirkland and well below invoice.
I was by myself so he arranged for me to leave the old car in their lot overnight so that I could drive the new car home. When it was time to drive away he brought the car back inside and we checked over everything thoroughly and he went through a few extra things before I drove away (the wipers and lights buttons, etc.)
The one thing I will say is that all told I was at the dealership about 3.5 hours. From what I understand from friends this is totally normal for buying a new car, but in case somebody doesn’t know, plan on it. Although they made sure I was comfortable while I waited. There’s a nice customer lounge with snacks and drinks.
I would definitely do business with them again. Seems like some other reviewers may not have had a great salesman, but just ask for Jason. He was referred to me by someone who works in their service department and I wasn’t steered wrong.
I can’t speak to the service department yet, but the machines are all new, they have an indoor drop off area, and you get a loaner car, so it all sounds good.

We recently bought a Forester from Roy Robinson. Their new location is right off of I5, and is really nice. The buying process was smooth, and our salesman Michael K. was friendly and helpful. The car we chose was not in stock at Roy Robinson, so they worked to find one in the state for a dealership trade and have it brought to Marysville. In addition, they gave us a fair price for our trade-​in, which helped seal the deal.
Within 5 days of choosing the car we wanted, we had the car in hand. Michael spent time going over all the car’s bells and whistles, showing us everything from top to bottom. This really helped us get to know the electronics of the car.
Overall, we felt like the buying experience was positive and smooth. I can see us using Roy Robinson again!
