We had a great experience eating there on 1÷31÷2016. We came in, got the introduction from the Manager, selected our eats, and really had some great sandwiches on our first visit. The biggest difference with DiBella’s is the meat quality. the bread is great too, but the meats are what set these guys apart. Great store.

Good but way too much bread and too little meat. They do a nice job with their catering platters and i use them for that all the time. Tuna salad is very good if you dont like a bunch of gooey mayo.

Good, fresh, quick service. Lots of choices – i had a chicken philly and my friend had beef philly. i tried the macaroni salad, was ok. Bonus points for diet dr. pepper. A little pricey, but big portions, medium was more than enough, should have gotten small.

Fresh delicious subs of many varieties. Their bread is excellent. I usually get the roast beef which is amazing. My wife loves turkey and my daughter usually does the same. You can’t go wrong. The staff is very nice and you can tell they take pride in their great work. Be back soon!

Decent subs, always tasty, but just nothing special. Nothing had wowed me. Good deal when they are running coupons. Would def choose them over jimmy johns and I HATE subway. Not as greasy as Penn station.

I really, really like their subs. The quality of bread, meats and all other ingredients is head and shoulders above Subway, and the grilled option for subs is not dripping and greasy like Penn Station. The«everything» bread option is absolutely delicious(probably loaded with salt, but you’re going to die of something.) If I try to go to Blaze Pizza next door and it’s jam packed, Dibella’s is where I immediately head as an alternative. The«Godfather» Italian sub is delicious, well balanced and a foot long will easily feed three people unless they’re lumberjacks. Service is decent and friendly, and a sandwich takes about as long as one would find reasonable. They have side dish options that remind me of Jersey Mike’s — things like pasta and potato salad. I highly recommend this joint.

We were shopping and needed dinner and we had never been here before. I had the chicken Philly. Not bad I like the bread. A little more upscale than your average sub shop. Fresh, the service was quick. The inside has some old fashioned touches in a modern way. The pasta salad in the side was yummy.

We’re new to the area and we’re trying to explore new places. This is definitely the sub place that we will be coming back too! Very affordable. Portions of meat are excellent, doesn’t cost extra for toppings for the sandwich, they have a great variety of chips, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! It’s a plus that the place is super clean. 5 stars for them!

Dibella’s is a fancy chain place that specializes in gourmet subs. Pick a sub that jumps out of your taste buds or create your own by picking the combination of meats, cheeses, toppings, condiments and bread of your choice.(Think Subway but fancier and with a more cultured approach.) I got the medium Italian Assorted with a slathering of toppings on it on everything bread and toasted. It was good but not great. I expected a little more«wow factor» from it. Not that it was bad by any means. It could’ve been my topping choices canceling one another out and making me miss out on the overall experience. It was also way too filling and barely finished it. It was about eight inches but filled with meat, cheese and toppings and the bread was very sizable. If you’re going for a lighter meal I’d suggest getting the small or eating half and saving the rest for later. I didn’t try any sides but see they offer some salads, pasta salads, etc… and also have bags of chips and cookies. You can get free refills from the drink dispenser. I recall them having Coke products but also some of the other Pepsi flavors like Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew. The décor was relaxing, well decorated and with lighting dim enough just to create some atmosphere. In the background there is old timey music from I’m guessing the 20’s to 50’s and that would reflect a lot of the paintings, signs and décor on the walls. The men’s bathroom was small but clean. The staff was polite and friendly. All in all I’d still give the nod to Jersey Mike’s or Penn Station over DiBella’s but I am sure I’ll be back at some point for another go round. if you want a different take on fancy schmancy subs I’d strongly encourage to give this one a try. It seems like this place would work great for lunch or dinner although service may be a bit slower during a busy dinner rush.

I became aquainted with this restraunt when the manager brought a FREE sampler platter to our office. The bread was fresh and delicious and unlike many of the other sub chains there was a substansial amount of meat between those slices! And a small sandwich was more than enough for 2 so the slightly higher price was offset by the ginormous portion. Share with a buddy or save half for lunch the next day.

We’ve had DiBella’s at work for lunch a few times and their sandwiches are my favorite. They are really fresh and when we order cookies from them, they usually arrive WARM. Delish! I had a chance to go to a restaurant for the first time the other day, and I was equally impressed! It’s set up like an old New York style deli, complete with counter service and vintage style booths for seating. Because we were in the restaurant I also got to have a warm sandwich there for the first time. That took an already delicious sandwich to a whole new level!

Had DiBella’s for the first time today. I tried the cincy sub and it was amazing! The bread was fresh and soft and they did not skimp on the meat. Every bite was near perfection. My husband went a different route and ordered the bbq chicken sub and he was in heaven. This review is coming from someone who has traveled across the country and has eaten at many sandwich shops along the way. DiBella’s is in my top 5 for sure!

I was skeptical but the sub was great. The sides left a lot if room for improvement. I would likely never order any if them again. Sub only.

With DiBella’s opening a store in this new Mason-Montgomery Road development, there’s yet another place in the Mason area that wants your sandwich dollar! Any kind of atmosphere you could want while you scarf down a sandwich is available in the surrounding area, with DiBella’s satisfying that urge to feel like you’re in a 1930’s deli. I do enjoy sitting in this place, imagining what going out to eat must have been like in simpler times. DiBella’s is probably the most expensive of all its nearby competitors with some specialty sandwiches starting at $ 6.99 or more for the small size. Medium and large sizes cost even more. The silver lining here is the small size is actually pretty big and always fills me up. The sandwiches also taste great and I love the plain white bread. The fountain soda machine here serves Coka products. This DiBella’s has some neighbors, unlike its relative in Blue Ash. Panda Express and Piada Italian are both a few shops away. With patio seating available, you can come in a group and everyone can pick where they want to eat and then meet at an outdoor table.

Classic NYC style sub shop. Hot or cold sandwiches Good cookies. My only complaint is the bread is too much for the amount of meat you get. I would also have liked a non-bread option.
