This is a decent auto mechanic shop. I’ve brought my vehicle here a few times. The guy at the front desk is sometimes a little rude, but maybe that’s just his personality. I have otherwise had good experiences here. I’ll most likely be returning…

I have lived in 5 areas in the Chicagoland area and have been to several different mechanics. Some were decent, some were downright rip-​offs. Mahler’s is, from what I have seen, the best and most honest. I have brought my car in several times now. They explain what is wrong with the car, and they have been honest about the service the car needs. They will also not try to sell you anything your car will not need. I am pleased with the job they have done and have never had to go back due to poor quality work. Also, for what it’s worth, I am not related to or friends with anyone who works there.

The only place I take my vehicles. Tim (Mahler), Roy and the rest of the crew give outstanding service from start to finish. I can’t state enough about this company! BTW, 2014 will mark 100 years in business. How’s that for longevity?
