History

Established in 1995.

My wife grew up on Molokai and I moved here here in 1990 looking for a place where i did not need heat or air conditioning. Having lived here so long we are here to help you make the most out of your adventure to Molokai with all of the hidden treasures that are here for the few that want to adventure and experience it.

We bought this condo because we loved The Prime Beachfront location and the fact that we love our West Molokai’s pure beauty. We Completely renovated this condo from the ground up adding a new kitchen and architect designed loft that accentuates the natural breezes we enjoy here in Kaluakoi. We completely tiled the upstairs and downstairs with large tiles and made sure the stairs are all wood.

Spectacular sunsets and the sound of the ocean will sing you to sleep. The night sky is a must see and don’t forget to pack your camera. We have had the pleasure to experience the North shore of Molokai as both the Nature Conservancy and The Sierra Club have both described The N

Being raised in Michigan made me realize that I needed to be somewhere warm and with a comfortable climate. After doing my own research I discovered Molokai, an island paradise. I arrived on the island 20 years ago and fell in love with the Islands natural beauty and rural lifestyle.

I got into real estate about 18 years ago while discovering the beauty of Molokai. I saw Molokai as a «diamond in the rough», one that could be polished but maintain its natural beauty. I was definably not a back breaking laborer but someone who saw the opportunity to make my dreams come true. Having a natural love for architecture, land and preserving earths precious resources I knew Molokai was to become my new home. Being great with sales I new my calling was to share this tropical paradise with others. I just so happened to have found my place in this world, on a small island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
