I have been going to Dr. Jackson for about 15 years. He and his staff are wonderful, very friendly and put you at ease. The work is top notch. He cares about the quality of the work done. I never used to fully smile because of the way my top teeth looked. They were baby teeth, the adult teeth never came down. After 30 or so years the baby teeth needed some help. He was able to fit each tooth with a composite veneer and has made a huge difference in my life. They look real and now I can smile fully without embarrassment. Outside of the phenomenal cosmetic work, the fillings he has done are also top quality. He won’t let you out of the chair till he is satisfied the work is perfect.

I was having a cruddy day today until I went to… wait for it… the dentist.
Dr. Jackson’s staff is amazingly kind and respectful and must all have needed to pass some sort of complicated personality test because maybe they are the nicest people on earth. Dr. Jackson is the kind of person I would totally hang out with. He’s really geeky about dentistry which is cool. He’s into it and his enthusiasm emanates throughout the entire practice. He is gentle and sensitive to my tendency to completely freak out.
My first visit was an emergency. I was in serious pain and really scared. It had been a while since I’d been to a dentist, I think out of fear. Loads of bad experiences in my past. He told me, «This is the last time you will cry in my office.» He gave me a real Sony Walkman with Dark Side of the Moon on cassette to listen to. Legit. Following each of my first few visits, Dr. Jackson or the person who’d worked with me called me at home at night to check on me. At the office, they went above and beyond to help me feel relaxed, comfortable and safe.
In terms of his work: I defy anyone to find which of my teeth is my own and which is the state-of-the-art, no-exposed-metal crown Dr. Jackson just made for me. Exquisite. Everything about Dr. Jackson and his practice is absolutely fantastic. Brilliant dentistry and sincere kindness with personality to spare. Seriously. Run. Don’t walk. Dr. Jackson and his staff will make your day.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jackson for decades and would not go anywhere else. His staff is professional, efficient, caring and friendly. It’s a rare thing to wait for treatment after arriving. It seems like he is a hit with children from all the notes I see written in crayon framed on his walls. Today I went in to have a dental appliance fit. Dr. J (As we all call him) wasn’t happy and it’s going back to the lab to be recast. Another doctor might have just said — well it fits have a good day. Not in this office. Kudos to Dr. J and all his wonderful people.

Great experience! So happy to have found a new dentist and that he’s local makes it all the better!
Took a chance on making an appointment there after reading their website. Well thankfully I went. Dr Jackson and his staff were friendly, gentle and knowledgable about their business. They took the fear out of going to the dentist and really made me feel at ease. They also gave great advice and you could tell that they generally cared about their patients as if they were family. As a matter of fact the staff there seemed like a family, they all were happy to be there with one another. Which also makes you feel at ease, I don’t think I would want to be at a dentist office where the hygienists are miserable…
Dr Jackson himself was great, funny and friendly, but most importantly has years of experience to back up his knowledge.
It was a great experience and I’m happy that I’ve found a new dentist that I can trust. See you in six months!

Dr. Jackson’s office is a place where I can go and feel really taken care of. Between the friendly atmosphere, and Dr. Jackson’s down to earth personality, I always come away with a smile on my face… no pun intended. Dr. Jackson loves music, in fact has played in a rock and roll band for many years, so there is always great music playing in the office. He is absolutely painless and understands when a patient is fearful by explaining everything and being very patient and kind. He’s the best. I know you’ll agree.
