Spring Grove, IL
Beware! They are under staffed and continually raise prices once you are in. The staff turnover is about 70% and they are not trained in how to deal with dementia behaviors. Very disappointed and moved my family member. Residents are stuck in the TV room or dining room all day. Do not consider this place.
