They always do a good job cleaning my car. I like the location and the selection of services. I always use s gift card, because you end up getting a 20% discount which makes it reasonably priced.

Okay, so I live in Allen now, so being a creature of habit, I still drive to McKinney for the things and places that I like.
Time to find a new car wash. It appears that just about the ENTIRE staff is new. HUGE RED FLAG.
If you have turnover like that, your employees aren’t happy and this bunch has all the signs of being LAZY. I shouldn’t see your cell phone unless it is falling out of your pocket. And there are too many cars for you to be just STANDING AROUND!
Time to find a new place. I am going to spend my money where I am happy.

Nice location with decent service. They always seem to do a great job on cleaning my vehicles. Have never run into an issue with them. They can be busy at times but still try to do great detail in a timely manner.

Bought platinum package. Pretty impressed with the exterior (with the exception of spots on the mirrors and undried passenger side), but the interior seemed a little half assed. Leaves and dirt noticeably not vacuumed from passenger seat, definitely not fully wiped down in most areas on my dash (partially wiped).
For the price I paid and the hour I had to wait, I was not satisfied with the outcome.

I live about an hour away from my parents, and was in town visiting them for a couple days. I took my car here to have the seats cleaned, and left the car while they worked on it. They got my phone number at the time of payment, saying they would give me a call when it was finished. I never received a call, so went back to check in a few hours later. When we drove up my car was sitting there waiting, with brand new scratches all over the sides. I noticed the scratches before our car was even parked, and immediately jumped out and ran over to investigate. After taking note of all the scratches I went inside to speak with an employee. Irving, the manager, was pulled out of the back when I explained what was wrong. I calmly explained what was wrong again to him, and he followed me outside to have a look after rudely huffing at my statement.
I immediately pointed out the scratches I was talking about, and he started arguing about other scratches that were present. I had not complained about the scratches he was addressing. The new scratches were very different from the ones he was arguing about. And yes, he was arguing. He blatantly said «you can’t prove that happened here». Then he started telling me they gave me a complimentary car wash as some sort of argument. I did not ask for a wash, and that’s actually probably where these scratches occurred!
At these two statements I got very upset, to which he began laughing at me under is breathe. When I asked him to please not laugh at me he denied doing so. I told him that I have worked in customer service for years (weddings — which are obviously high emotion events) and that the way he was treating me is not an okay way to treat a customer.
He then started telling me that I couldn’t prove the damage occurred there because you couldn’t even tell what it was from. I told him that if you can’t tell what the damage was from that there is no way for him to prove it didn’t happen there, but that I could say exactly what scratches occurred while there.
At this point I asked to speak with the owner, but all he brought out was the owners business card. I asked the manager for his name and had to ask him twice before he said it loud enough for me to hear. When I confirmed «Irbing?» He said yes, which I later found out is not true. When I told him I would be discussing the issue with the owner, as well as posting this incident online he said «I don’t care what you do». As a manager of a business myself, I can say that I would not be happy if someone was posting a complaint online, or if one of my employees was treating a customer the way I was treated.
To top it all off when I got home I finally checked the seats that were cleaned. There was still residue from a smoothie I had spilt the day before! (The reason I had them cleaned in the first place). Now to be clear, this is not a stain still remaining, but loose residue on the fabric. Did they even clean the seats like I paid for them to?!
I would not even be posting this incident if I was treated the way a paying customer should be treated. The way this company treats their customers is disgraceful, and I will make sure that as many people as possible find out about what happened to me while here.

I was a first time customer and had my car detailed. I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I dropped my car off on the way to play golf, and was immediately greeted, and directed to the person I needed to talk to. After a few minutes of discussing their detailing service options and my needs we decided on a package and price and I off. When I returned to pick up my car, the facility was very busy, but again I was immediately greeted and taken to my car for a walk through of the work, and my approval. The car looked great, but I still don’t know how they matched me with the car. Maybe it was the golf clubs.
In any case they did a great job and I loved the VIP treatment.

I spent $ 25 for a car wash and still had dirt on my door and a dirty windshield along with dirty chrome wheels. at least the inside was clean but the air freshener I was promised was non existent.

I went in for a Mini Detail service. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not completely pleased with the service. I saw several cars leaving with bent or damaged rear license plates/​holders, but my issue was with the interior wipe down. I went to reach down beside my gearshift, and I came up with a handful of brownish liquid… I am sure they sprayed it down to wipe up, but it was never wiped up, and it was left a disgusting mess for me to find. They also pulled out my back mat and belongings from the rear of the car, only to throw them back in a very messy fashion and fail to place the jack back ON TOP of the mat where it goes. Sloppy and lazy is all I can say…

I was a loyal faithful customer for almost 3 years until today. I usually am very happy with the results and have even referred customers. But I’ve had my last wash today. The price of a hand wash jumped up from 30.00 to $ 40.00 and the results were horrible to the point of me having to wash 8 areas the attendants missed. I’m looking for a new car wash.

I have been coming here for 10 years and this has always been the best car was in town. I am sad to say it no longer is the best car wash in town. The air freshner I pay for is almost always not sprayed in my car. The older employess are really good and work hard however everyone else is standing around talking. The employees do not seem in any big hurry to provide quality service. Even when it is slow, they take forever. It wasn’t always like this… very disappointing. I will be looking for another place to get my car washed.

I’ve been a customer for several years and I have to say they are an excellent team. They keep things moving along and they really pay attention to the details. Speaking of which, I’ve had them detail my cars over the years. It’s all good here at Parkway Auto Spa.

Ok I’m stupid. Thinking the 3^rd time would be a charm I tried them again and they still suck. 45 minutes for a bad car wash.

They actually did a good job cleaning out the truck from my muddy experience, but man do the employees all look like they are miserable.

TERRIBLE CAR WASH! This is the second time I have paid for a car wash only to get home and find missed spots. Don’t waste your time.
Reading the management response, he is a liar. I have driven through their «tunnel» every time I have had my car washed here. «Look at your tapes» as you said.

Great service and perfect cleaning. Their detail work didn’t leave that annoying glossy sheen. They are the complete package.

I have gone to a few car wash places. This is where we go. We pay for the $ 12 inside and outside wash. They have other options, but I like this economical package, since I don’t care how my tires look and if I want a quality wash/​wax I do it myself. I have wasted money doing expensive packages here and elsewhere and never got my money’s worth when paying too much.
This is honestly not the greatest inside wipe/​vacuum, but it gets it 90% there so it’s easy for me to finish up. I get my $ 12 job done then take some Clorox wipes and finish the job. With a toddler and the mess that comes with them, it helps to have this place do the big work for me.

I like it the services here, great works, I’m pleased with what I’ve Seen so far so good, get what we paid for, nice people…

It is rare that you look forward to writing a review as much as I did this one. Someone at work recommended them. As he put it, «for $ 12 you get a wash and a vacuum.» There was so much more than that though. The amount of detail they spent on my car at the finishing station both inside and out was unbelievable. They have a lot of other options available price-​wise, but the wash and vacuum was simply amazing. I was so impressed (as were my wife and kids) as I watched them work on my car, that I drove home and grabbed the other car to return an hour later.

Although the place always looks busy they actually move pretty fast! I was happy that for $ 12 I got an exterior wash and an interior wipe down and vacuum. That’s affordable, and they were much faster than the large number of people waiting led me to believe. It seems that they are just so popular that there’s always people there!
If you’re just doing an exterior wash you can drive your own car through, if you’re doing both you get out and pay inside and they wave you down when they’re done!
