Drove here from Allen after their employee on the phone told me that they still repaired Hoover vacuums that were under warranty. When I get there the owner tells me that he only wants to work on machines that were bought from him and not do free work for people that don’t buy from him. I explained that his employee had just told me 10 minutes ago on the phone that they did indeed repair Hoover vacuums for warranty work, which was the whole reason I drove there. This place has terrible customer service and makes you feel like you should have never walked into the door. I would never think of buying something from them with this kind of treatment to a potential customer.
