Dentmasters Tysons Corner

I used this business once again to repair a dent. Once again they were excellent. After receiving the estimate, I brought in my car the next morning and drove away in one of their loaner cars. It was ready by early afternoon, beautifully repaired. Highly recommend.

Pulled a small ding out of my hood and it looks like it never happened. Great paintless repair job and everyone there was very nice. They even did the job a day earlier than expected.

Couldn’t ask for more. Polite, Professional and it’s like it never happened! Gave me a Loaner nice clean Honda Accord, finished 2 hours before promised and cost less than other quotes! Ask for Paul or JP, didn’t even need an appointment for immediate service.

Paul is a dent artist! I notice my M3 has about 1.5″ sharp crease on passenger door from someone open the door into it (possibly my neighbor who I sometimes park next to her spot, but no way to prove it). The car already have less noticeable dings here and there (one on the same door panel), so it is time to try out Dentmaster in Tysons since it is only 5 minutes from where I live.
I drove in and met with Paul and Brad, there were both accommodating my concerns and gave me the reasonable quote and explanation of what he would do to fix the dings (and options to drill the door or not, I opted for not-​drilling method). They also offer me a free loaner to use while the car is being worked on, how about that!
The car was done in less than 3 hours and 3 out of 4 dings are 100% gone to my OCD eyes.
The deepest one which is the hardest to do per Paul is 95−98% gone. I can only see faint «flick» of the paint at some angle/​light combo. Remember he didn’t drill the door, which could yield 100% result should I opted to do that for a little less money (glue pulling has surcharge).
Finding a good PDR technician is as hard as to find understanding wife who does not nag. You stick with that for as long as you can.

What can I write that hasn’t already been said. Another satisfied customer here. I came half an hour early for my appt because I was unsure if I would find the place (a little tricky to get to) but Paul took me in right away, and got me in and out in about 30 minutes. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely will go there again. Driving these roads, with their potholes and construction… there are plenty of dings and dents to be had. At least now I know where to go!

I highly recommend this place! Very fast and the guys are wonderful. I had a horrible door ding in the side of my van and they were able to fix it in less than an hour and it looks amazing! Great work!!!

These guys do amazing work. We had a 2010 VW Tiguan we were looking to sell, and the left side of the car had a ton of small dings. The estimate was reasonable – and right on – and when the work was completed, it was flawless. I admit, I had no idea they could be THAT good. Definitely recommend.

These guys are great. My Porsche had an unfortunate door dent in it. The guys are honest and to the point about how they could tackle the job. These guys were very accommodating to my needs and were able to completely get rid of the dent in under an hour. I highly recommend them.

Paul is the man! I went there over lunch with one reported ding in my passenger door. He found two others and fixed them as part of the same bill to safeguard. All three dents were fixed in about 10 minutes, while we talked. My door looks like new — no dents, no paint chips. Very professional and reasonable for the value you get. I highly recommend you take your car here before going to an auto body for some minor dings.

Got a sharp dent with paint transfer from a nasty door ding by my neighbor’s car. You can imagine how I felt when the door damage matches up to my neighbor’s car door and even paint color but he denies it purely based on no proof that he did it. I notified my insurance and found out I have to eat the deductible myself and will need to take it to a body shop to repaint expecting a few days out of usage of my car
Then I ran into my other neighbor and he highly recommends this place and promise if the clear coat didnt break it will look like new afterwards. So I came here with some reservation and talked to Pete and Paul. They are both very straight forward guys and easy to work with and most important of all, very knowledgeable. They assessed the damage and wipe away the paint transfer and found that the clear coat is intact. They say it will probably look like original after the work is done and because of the size of the dent, it will only cost $ 150 to fix. I figured its a small price to pay to avoid the full body work.
I was completely blown away when I see my car after an hour wait. The dent and any hint of scratches and dings are completely gone after Paul works on it. And I cannot even tell where it was before and just like my neighbor said it looks like new and never had damages before. These guys are not technicians in my opinion, they are master sculptors! Paul told me as long as the paint is intact, they can work on really huge dents too.
This is the first time I experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) services and I was thoroughly impressed about the results and the skills of these guys. Paul said he has 15 years of experience and they work with all the reputable body shop in the area.
I still look at the area where the dent was and try to spot the hint of a scratch every time I go up to my car now and wonder every single time how they did it. Not only did they help me save my insurance deductible, the car is now back to factory condition without having a body shop taken it apart and repaint it. It is priceless!
I highly recommend everyone to come to this place first when they have dings and dents on their car. It saves you money and time and the frustration!

Took my Touareg in to have a couple door dings removed and a scraped mirror fixed. Brad and team were extremely helpful and friendly, even provided a loaner car. I took my car back in to get 4 OEM splash guards installed, I purchased them online and never had the chance to install. They did a great job. The dents are completely gone in my door. They do excellent work and stand by what they say they’ll do. I highly recommend!

I went to Dentmasters and met with Pete, who was extremely helpful. Even though Dentmasters could not fix the scrape on my car, he gave me two referrals and I am having the work done by one of them. I really appreciated his going out of his way to not only give me the referrals, but also identify the part numbers of what needed to be fixed! I will definitely return to Dentmasters if I have a dent that needs repairing.

They were great. Someone had dented my door from opening theirs, I took it to another body shop and the estimate was that the small touch up would take 3 days and a lot more. Dent masters was able to do the same work in a day and at a much more reasonable rate. They were very professional (even let me use a loaner car) and explained everything that they would be doing before they did anything. I would go back and I would recommend.

My rear bumper and part of my car’s body was scratched and I took it to Dentmasters after finding them on Unilocal.I called on a Thursday afternoon and they said to come on over. I arrived in the afternoon and both Pete and Brad looked at and gave me a very reasonable estimate and told me to bring it the next morning. I brought it in on Friday morning and they gave me a loaner car. I was back at 2:30 in the afternoon to pick up my car. It looked great and I felt relieved. Both guys were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dentmasters!

I was planning on selling my 3 year old Mazda3 and needed to smooth out a dent on the front side fender, years worth of parallel-​parking paint scuffs and scrapes on the bumper, and some hood scratches from pebbles encountered during a road trip. Both the dealership’s body shop and Suburban Auto Body quoted me $ 400 and $ 300 more, respectively, than the estimate I ended up getting at Dentmasters. I was really impressed when Paul told me honestly that they could only guarantee a 90% improvement on the fender dent because of its complex structure, and it may be worth it to just have the panel replaced at the dealership. I didn’t feel pressured at all and it was helpful to understand all my options. I figured hey, why go to a body shop and have the panels totally replaced when I can get a metalworking expert to just fix the existing part? I went ahead and left my car over the weekend.
When called to pick up my car and told the manager Brad that I wanted it as soon as possible, he actually stayed after closing to allow me to pick up the car. The bumper and hood look like new and the side dent is not even noticeable. They even gave me a call the next day to make sure everything looked satisfactory in the daylight! I was extremely happy with the results, with the courteous and honest staff, and especially with saving hundreds over a traditional body shop.

The 2 man crew that I encountered at Dent Masters of Tysons Corner were FANTASTIC! I should start by saying that my interaction has been positive all the way through, from the time that I first contacted them by phone. While it did take some time to connect via phone, exchanging voicemails, of which I take the responsibility for… they were always prompt in returning my phone call, I just typically wasn’t available when they called right back. All 3 people that I encountered, were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, providing me with answers that exemplified education & experience in dent repair! Additionally, they were honest in their description of how the process works. I really liked the consistency amongst the employees!
Once I arrived at the shop, they explained the process, got me RIGHT IN (w/​o an appointment), and about 60 – 90 minutes later, I was rolling back down the road. I’m in sales, driving approx 40,000 miles/year…It didn’t make sense to replace the entire hood/​panel that they were able to make look almost brand new, unless absolutely necessary. Thanks to their great work, I got out from under a dent (opposed to full replacement), for less than my deductible, with no claim against my insurance, and my car looking GREAT!
