Never go there again, Poor service and expensive comparing with other laser centers. I went there for full body service the technician telling me that it’s better not to do laser over my face. With very bad attitude, could you tell me please what full body could mean?

So I’ve been a client here for almost 6 years.
Continually, despite scheduling more appointments for family and myself, they continue to be rude and have terrible customer service. Moreover results are marginal at best with their old, often defective and easily over heated equipment.
I have probably been here three dozen times – or more.
Today, for example, was remarkable. This young receptionist, who was new (and had a fresh attitude) received me upon entering.
I mentioned, «hi I’m here for a 1pm appointment.» The time was 12:45.
Abruptly, her response was «your appointment was for 12:30,» staring at the computer screen.
I re iterated, calmly, that I was under the impression that the appointment was at 1pm.
At this point you’d expect the attendant to understand the confusion, and still acknowledge that I was here to pay more money in exchange for goods and services. Bickering over 15 minutes may not bode well.
I communicated my discontent, and stated that I don’t have time to argue over a half an hour difference. Instead of understanding my discontent, she continued to be abrasive and aggressive, walking away without saying anyway.
This was right after she announced, almost yelling, what my treatment was to be this day. Not my favorite way to be in a reception area with other customers considering my privacy concerns.
Normally the staff is very helpful. Recently the new attendants and technicians have been rude and with a chip on their shoulder.
This was my first poor experience here at lumiere. It’s a shame.

I’ve come here many times over the course of the last 4 years for laser hair removal. While the treatments are always done well, I cannot get over the horrible customer service and now 2 years later when I want to go for maintenance treatments they have 0 record of me coming in therefore I’m unable to get the discounted price which is absurd. I won’t be coming here anymore. Also one of the technicians made a rude remark when I asked why they had no record. My mother also goes here and she will no longer be using this location either.

So glad that I finally stopped wishing I didn’t have a man beard and did something about it. Lumiere has been a blessing. Their technicians are friendly and informative. I’m in and out with 15 minutes. My embarrassing facial hair is almost completely gone after four sessions!

I’ve been coming to Lumiere for about 2 years now. I’m South Asian, with medium dark skin, and medium to coarse body hair (depending on the area). I purchase the full body laser hair treatment, including face. Lumiere is by far the best deal I’ve found price-​wise for full body treatment, including using Groupons at other places before I came here.
The first six sessions were about 4 – 6 weeks apart each. These initial six sessions is really what makes the difference, after that it’s just touch-​up sessions as you see fit. Each of the initial sessions made a difference, but it was after the first six that the hair came back really sparsely and extremely thin, especially on my legs and arms. Since then, I go back every 3 – 4 months for a treatment. The full body takes an hour. You can ask for a numbing spray to be used, but it’s $ 5 for every «area». I only ask for it for the bikini area, because daaammmnnn that’s painful. But otherwise, the pain isn’t intolerable to me.
Although it’s a small office, I’ve rotated between a few different employees. They’ve all been efficient and seem to know what they were doing. The place is neat and clean. And appointments are readily available and easy to make.

First Laser Treatment… It Was The Best Choice I Made To Come Here! The Staff Was Very Nice & The Technician Made Sure I Comfortable And Aware Of Every Step Of The Treatment. It Was A Good First Step To «No More Facial Hair» Can’t Wait For My Next Visit.

Super good place with great staff. The hispanic lady did mine and I loved her — I never tip and I made sure to give her one because she was so nice and so thorough!

I’ve been coming for about five years and their prices are reasonable and they are always able to squeeze me in. NEVER pay full price — they always have specials or packages going on.
