Pro-Clean of Tysons Corner

My car was due for a clean and a wax. After going through the drive through car wash for a year the bristles and rags scratched the clear coat up pretty nicely. I was at a point where I did not want to wash it myself due to all the scratches. One trip to pro-​clean and my car looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Mike (the owner) and his staff are a phenomenal group. Today I received the Pro-​Clean special with Teflon coating and I must say they do the best job. They are by far the premier detail ship in the DMV area. Would highly recommend for winterizing your vehicle.

Awesome detailing job! I bought a used Porsche from a local dealer. The car was great; the finish not so much. In prepping the car for sale, it looks like the dealer turned some teenager with a buffer loose — swirl marks and a few pad burns to boot. As a new Pro Clean customer, the owner examined the car with me, outlined the flaws (ouch!) and told me exactly what Pro Clean would do and what it would cost. He was very clear that he wouldn’t be able to fix all of the issues, but that the car would look much better.
The team at Pro Clean worked nearly all day on my car and delivered what was promised — both the result and cost. There are still defects in the finish, they are a detailing shop not a body shop, but you have to be very close to the car to see them.
I am a very satisfied customer and will go back.

In preparation for the winter season, there has been a lot of milling and paving in the Tyson’s area. One would think this is great given the high number of potholes on the streets, right!!! Well, not so much when the tar used to mill and pave is left on your car! I bought my car in May and I’ve already had to have my alignment done because of the potholes and yesterday, I had to have tar removed from bumper.
Probably against my better judgment, I bought a white car. I love it. I do! It’s a good looking car and SWEET when clean. I have it detailed each week and last week I noticed black dots ALL over my bumper AFTER having it cleaned. Oh no!!! So I tried using a little elbow grease of my own and some came off but it was a lot of work. My white car appeared to have polka dots! So I went to the Audi of Tysons body shop. I wanted to see if I had to have my bumper replaced or what it would take to get this stuff off. A rep there sent me to Pro Clean! He said they send all their cars there for detailing and highly recommended them. He also mentioned that another customer had come in with the same issue except his car was covered in tar! At least it was only confined to the bumper area of my car.
I stopped by and made an appointment for the very next day. I was told to drop my car off between 8−9am as it would take all day. So I dropped my car off at about 8:10. I was first in line. They gave me a ride to work and my coworker took me back to pick it up. It was ready by noon and I’ve gotta say — I’m highly impressed!!! Not one bit of tar left on my paint. They shined my wheels and even cleaned the inside. Unfortunately, I did not take any before pictures and I really wish I had. But take my word! They did an amazing job and my car looked show room worthy when it was done.
It only cost $ 125 — which is relatively inexpensive given I was planning to use insurance to have my bumper replaced if needed. They did a great job. As for the comments about the owner. He seems stern and straightforward but after talking to him he was a kind and quite witty! So I didn’t take my car in to gain a friend but for good service and I must say, it was exceptional! My whip looks great! :-)

Great service and care for the customer. I called to schedule an appointment to get a bad cigarette smell out of my car. Instead of taking an appointment the owner advised me to try a few things to get the smell out of my car before spending any large amount of money which I thought was a very customer centric attitude.
It turned out I couldn’t get the smell out of my car myself so I brought it down there and they were able to do wonders with the car and it’s much better than before.
I’d recommend these guys to anyone who wants to do business with an honest and reputable owner willing to give good advice.

Recently, I took my car there to get the full detaling done and am glad I picked this establishment over others in the area.
I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning and the guys in the front desk informed me that the car would be ready around 3 pm the same day. Around 2:30 pm, I received a call from them that the car was finished.
When I went to pick up my car, I was surprised that it turned out to be a lot better than I had expected. I plan on going back to these guys again next year.

The best auto detailer I’ve had clean my car in 30 years of automotive maintenance! They repaired the effects of the last auto detailer (the dealer), fare wear and tear, and careless drivers in parking lots. Absolutely professional. They called me to confirm the appointment and when the work was done. In between, they meticulously cared for my «mobile living room» and upon delivery, provided instructions for how to optimize the treatment. If I don’t find a detailer that equals the service from Pro-​Clean in my new residence, I’ll schedule a return trip to Tysons.

If it was possible to give this outfit more that 5 stars, I would. They did an unbelievable interior detail job on my 2007 Lexus RX350. My wife, a couple of dogs and a cat had trashed the interior of this once beautiful vehicle over the course of 7 years. I was actually in despair about how the value of the SUV would be diminished because of the disgusting interior. No more. Mike, Kiko and the boys made this car look better than brand new! I was amazed and thrilled. I would have paid double or more for the job they did so at $ 150 it was a fantastic value. Business integrity and professionalism at its finest!

I have been coming here for over 6 years. They are the real deal. I always had trouble with my black color suv and they always deliver ! I don’t think there is anyone else better in town for the price and value.

The first part of my experience with pro clean was terrible. But they redeemed themselves and cleaned my seats for free ! Thanks guys!!! They did a wonderful job too :)

I used Pro Clean for the first time and my car looks AMAZING. I will definitely come back when my car needs another detailing. My car looks better now than when I picked it up from buying it at the dealership.
I am extremely particular about my vehicle and always keep it clean. It has never looked this gorgeous inside and out. Pro-​Clean provides an excellent service and the staff here is top notch.
I had one headlight that was in bad need of restoration and Pro-​Clean was able to buff it and made it shine like new. Saved me from buying a new headlamp, which on a benz is a lot of money.
Come here if you really want to see your car to shine and look like new again. I really feel like I’m driving a brand new car! Thanks guys! :)

I don’t get the Unilocal love for this place. I arrived with high hopes and left very disappointed — and, as I discovered later that afternoon, the need to replace my windshield wipers, which was likely due to rough handling.
They require an appointment, and even a week out, didn’t offer much flexibility. I had a difficult time parking, but eventually found a spot around the corner. I went it and it reminded me of the back of an auto shop that hadn’t been cleaned since it opened, which, judging by the décor, was 20mn after Reagan was shot. No one was around, so I ran the bell. Several times. Eventually, the owner came out and gruffly took my keys. His dog was much nicer.
I got the car back 30mn and 30 $ later. The Koons dealer up the street had just machine washed it as part of an oil change (much love) and done a basic vacuuming. The job done by Pro-​Clean made exactly zero difference — except for the windshield wipers thing. They did unearth an empty beef jerky bag my husband had hid somewhere. They kindly left it in the center console. Uh, thanks? There was still a fair amount of dust and lint on the dashboard. The leather looked untouched. I was quite annoyed — mostly at myself for spending the money.
On the way home, it started to rain. (Of course!) I switched my wipers on and they began jumping all over. When I got home, I inspected them. They had significant nicks. I hadn’t previously had any problems with them and strongly suspect Pro-​Clean did not take time and care with them. I’m now out a good 80 $ — 30 $ from a wash/​vac and 50 $ in replacing my wipers. Yay.
Yates in Alexandria is so much better. I won’t be back to Pro-​Clean, ‘hand wash’ or no.

Fought terrible traffic to get from Arlington to Tyson’s for my 2:30 appointment, arrive at 2:50 and guy says «Unfortunately you’re late so we brought another car in» Whatever, I find it hard to believe they couldn’t accommodate me because I was 20 minutes late. This was my first time going to pro clean as I am looking around for a good, reliable detailer, I definitely won’t be going back, save your time and frustration, look elsewhere.

I used ProClean recently and had the BEST experience. I have toddler twins and a SUV and it was horribly dirty and stained with spilled juices and all kinds of junk. I have had my car for 6 years and had not had it detailed in years. Even when I had in the past it was for a quick $ 20 clean. Well I called on my old favorite — Pro Clean which had since moved to a new location but it was the last FULL detail I had ever had and I hoped it would be as good as it was many years ago. Well I was NOT dissapointed. When I arrived to pick up my car — I did not recognize it! The interior which HAD been a light grey and I figured was stained forever was COMPLETELY clean and looked sparkling. They had even returned my floormats to their orginal color. THey had buffed out horrible scratches and truly did an amazing job. The cost is well worth it and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Brought in my 2004 Mazda 3 that’s in good shape & cleaned regularly but hasn’t had a detailing EVER so there’s just tons of accumulated funk, dirt, crumbs, and stuff in every crevice — so, first time customer @ Proclean.
Proclean did an incredible job! I wasn’t certain what my $ 175 would get me but it was worth every penny. Good value.
The car looked BRAND NEW and didn’t have a speck of dirt or dust anywhere; and I’m not just talking about the interior, but also the entire engine compartment!!! How the hell did they do that?! It was sparkling. Pretty crazy… definitely going back with my spouse’s car.

Wow! The guy was a complete jerk. If someone is coming to you for an estimate, you might try being nice to them rather than snapping their head off for asking what went into the estimate. It was a verbal estimate and the guy didn’t even bother to fully walk around the car. He seemed pretty short on the phone earlier, and in person was worse. That is called losing my business.

we had our car detailed here and the experience was awesome, not to mention the outcome of the car!
Appointment: call to make. you drop your car off in the morning and pick it up in the evening. perfect for those of us who work.
Service: the guys who work there are nice and so helpful. straight to the point and honest.
Detailing exterior: spic and span washed, all the crevices were thoroughly cleaned and the car and rims were super shiny.
Detailing interior: our car was filled with dog hair that had weaved into the seats (WHY DOES IT DO THAT!!), and after these guys were done, there was not ONE hair in the car. all the dust was gone from even the most annoying areas, the mats were shampooed through and through, the engine area was cleaned up, and I thought I was getting a new car back.
for $ 150 (with coupon on the site), this place is a fine place to get detailing done every other year. totally worth every penny!

I’ve had my car detailed twice by pro-​clean and each time it came out awesome. The team has great attention to detail and affordable prices to keep your car looking great.
Only reason they’re not rated a ⁵⁄₅ is I alway experience attitude like they are doing me a favor for my business although if you can tolerate minor rudeness you’ll be fine.
Also word of advice– clean our your car completely as they throw everything in a bag including my $ 200 ray-​bans with loose change and other items that scratch your valuables.

I’ll gladly go back. I made an appointment, and was greeted promptly when I arrived. They did a great job, as good as I would do myself. The tires were dressed, they wiped the interior, cleaned the glass, and somehow got off loads of caked on BMW brake dust off the rims.
I’ll probably go back every month or two. Use the $ 5 off coupon from their site!
