History
Established in 1973.
The business was founded in 1973 by Ray Mullen. It moved to it’s current location in 1990. Ray built the reputation of the business on solid principles of fair pricing, quality repairs and listening to the customer. In 1997 the business came under new ownership. At that time we added a full service muffler and exhaust shop. In the fall of 2000 the business grew to occupy the entire facility where it is currently located. In 2001 a full service tire and wheel shop was added and an affiliation with American Car Care Centers was established. The affiliation allowed us to provide a nationwide warranty on all repairs at no additional cost to the customer. To this day we still operate on those founding principles.

Started working on Cat tractors with my father at the age of 6. throughout those younger years I fixed small engine, bicycles and whatever I could get my hands on. When I graduated from highschool I decided that was not the chosen path but cars was. I interviewed for a postion of parts and service assistant at a local dealership in 1981 and got the job. I spent 4 years there learning from the other technicians and attending training classes that were offered. In 1985 I moved to Salem Oregon and began working for an independant repair shop in Silverton, where I spent 3 years learning much about chassis, engine performance and different brands of cars the dealership did not service. I went to work for Midas Mufflers in 1989. I learned the value of quick, correct and thorough diagnosis and repair. I became a top 5 producer every month of the 7 store franchise I worked for. I managed the South Salem Midas for 30 months, setting new sales records nearly every month. In 1995 I came here
