I have a moving company and called Joe about unloading a truck for a move I had for a client of mine from San Jose to Medford within a few minutes on the phone I could tell he was very experienced and easy to deal with and gets the job done .Day of the unload Joe and his son Anthony turned up right on time, the furniture I had bought up from San Jose were some expensive antiques Joe and Anthony got straight in there and started unloading and taking great care of the customers new hardwood floors .They moved a couple of heavy antiques using there Straps you can see in the pictures. I was very impressed with Anthony’s attitude as well, he’s a young guy but very experienced as his father is, they have obviously done hundreds of moves together there rates a very fair. Great job guys !!!

I contacted Josh 3 weeks in advance of our move. We set up a date and then I re confirmed 2 days before. He seemed well prepared and friendly. One thing I stressed was would they bring a refrig dollie and lots of blankets, etc. He assured me they would. On the day of the move 2 young guys showed up 45 minutes late and with no blankets, a basic hand dollie and a couple of tie downs. I rented the biggest truck U haul had so that we would be assured of only having to make 1 trip. Josh also was kind enough to offer a $ 2 hr discount as we are over 60. Long story short, what should have been a maybe 5 hour, 1 trip move, turned into a 9 hr 2 trip move. We ended up paying MUCH more than we should have because the workers were so slow. I ended up having to loan them rope as they had so few tie downs. They also ran out of blankets almost right away. All of our appliances have scratches and most of our bedroom furniture as well. If you need help moving, I would move away from these folks and try someone else. I would have given only 1 star, but the workers though slow, were nice and friendly.

This company completely flaked on me. I had to move from one upstairs apartment to another a few miles away and had arranged well in advance to have 2 guys come and help with the moving. I even called back a couple of times to make sure we were all set. The day of the move, my husband and I went and got the uhaul and waited… finally I called to find out where the guys were. Joe was sleeping, and had no recollection of even being hired for this. He said he’d make a few calls and find someone to help– but he is in a different city and I was in Ashland, and the uhaul had been rented for a specific amount of time. When I didn’t hear back, I called again– he still seemed uninterested and made excuses about oversleeping because he’d worked so hard the day before.
Really? If this is your business, you should probably show up. If you can’t handle it, don’t do it. So basically, there was no help, it was too late to find someone else and I would recommend you NEVER hire this company. I don’t even think he wrote things down when I called the first time— the worst.
