Update: They recently cancelled their Loyalty Program after charging me $ 100 to join. There’s now NO WAY for me to get the benefit back out of the program. I paid more for my parts and service vs. Southern Thunder just for this program, and now this? Really? Total waste of money. Employees basically lied.
DOWNGRADE from 2-​stars to 0-​stars. Simply not worth your time or headache.
Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to Southern Thunder– One of the best dealerships I’ve been to throughout the U.S.

I am a Harley guy and I stop at every dealership I see across the country and world. (been to one in Japan as well). I like this one quite a bit because every time I stop in the people are very polite. Overall the layout is not near as nice as some of the others I have been to across the country, but it is an older building and a bit smaller than a lot of the newer ones. The have a great variety of items in stock and their service department did a great job on my Heritage during it’s service.

This is an impressive Harley dealership on the outskirts of Memphis near Bartlett.
By ‘impressive’, I mean huge. It’s the size of a large car dealership, and you can tell that Bumpus takes Harley owning and riding seriously.
They carry the newest and used (in good condition) Harleys on the market.
You can also pick up a selection of nice H.D. attire and accessories.
