The restaurant s desserts include fudge pie and peach cobbler. It sells party packs and bulk items, as well as caters special events for businesses, churches, schools and civic organizations. The interior of Corky s establishments showcase barn wood walls, neon signs, polished brass and aged brick. The restaurant was established in 1984 and has two locations in Memphis.
