How do I love Lenny’s? How shall I count the ways? I love thee like a fine Summer’s day. I love thee like a snowfall in the moonlight. Thou art mine favorite sub shop in all of sandwichdom. If thou likes subway then a plague be on both of your houses.

Worse Lenny’s in city. Go elsewhere. Have have neglected to make the food I ordered twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The second time I watched them make 815″ philly cheesesteaks ordered by someone 3 people behind me before even starting my sandwich. When I brought this up they said 10% off next order. Just tell them when you come next time. They seemed put out when I requested that be put down in writing. Needless to say, there’s never gonna be a next time. If dominos can have a 30 minute guaranteed delivery, I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes in the store for a shitty sandwich. If this could be 0 stars, it would be.

Worst lennys Ive ever been to. The service was horrible and my order was wrong. They even upcharged my friend without asking, which he then informed us is standard procedure here. The place suffers from lack of leadership in the front, you could tell no one cared about anything and were just there killing time. However, the product was still Lennys, which is great in my book. Ill never go here again.

Every time I set foot in the building(which is often as it is very close to my office) I have a pleasant experience. The owner/operator is such a nice guy and you can tell he has an intense passion for helping his customers have a good experience. Lenny’s serves up sandwiches they way you expect: fresh, delicious and quickly(even during peak hours). There is also one of those make your own flavor of Coke machines that I love to experiment with. Just an extra nicety in an already outstanding quick service restaurant.

I ordered a turkey sub to go for lunch today. I get back to the office and take a few bites and quickly realize something was very wrong. Upon inspection, all of the turkey was mostly RAW and gelatinous! I barely made it to the bathroom so the few bites of RAW turkey could make their violent exit from my stomach. Utterly disgusting. I realize mistakes are made, but in a shop where sandwiches are made to order, I find it dammed hard to believe a RAW turkey breast would go unnoticed and actually served to the public. I will never go back to Lenny’s.
