Polaris of Memphis

They are a great place to buy a four wheeler. At least we used to think so. We have bought three from there. However, when there is a problem with one of them then the true customer service experience comes to light. David the service manager thinks he can talk to people as though they are broke and idiots. I’m sure I have more dollars and sense than him. John the owner tells you he is going to work with you on the price until the part cost $ 300 and they want to charge $ 140 for two hours of labor that only takes 5 minutes to replace an emc. That is coming from Olive Branch Polaris who I ordered the part though and will be unplugging and plugging the part in for free. Stay away from here. They even keep a horse size dog in the business. Very professional!
