This neighborhood, family-​owned business is SO worth supporting. We took our truck there based on a recommendation from someone who works in the auto industry and are so glad we did. They’re fast, honest and communicative. We’d been having issues with our AC and were told by one shop that we needed to replace the entire system, a $ 1,500 job. We took it to Hub and they said it was one faulty part that was causing a freon leak. It was fixed in two days and a couple hundred bucks and has been working for six months now. We love this place!

I’ve now brought my car and my father’s car to Hub because of reviews I read on Unilocal.My experience has been outstanding. Their service is friendly, engaging, and direct. I am usually skeptical at auto shops, but I’ve found the employees at Hub to be honest and charge competitive & reasonable prices. I highly recommend Hub Automotive and will be a repeat customer anytime I need auto work in Memphis.

What a wonderful first experience! Jennifer and Andrew obviously care about their customers, and the service is top-​notch, honest and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule, and didn’t overcharge for a small part. I’m definitely going back whenever my car needs some TLC.

I absolutely adore The Hub. I am relieved to have finally found a place that makes me confident in their ability to service our vehicles. And, they are in my neighborhood! They are honest, ethical, reliable, friendly and invested in our community. Our family has taken a variety of cars from new to old there.

These people were very friendly. I called on a Monday and got in on Tuesday morning. They provided transportation for me so I could leave my car. Prices were reasonable. No surprises. They provided me with an estimate to fix a problem with my side-​view mirror. The dealer-​provided part would need to be ordered but there was no pressure to fix it. I would go back.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been taking my car to The Hub practically since they opened. Jennifer and Andrew treat me (and my car) well, and their prices are so reasonable. I really trust Andrew’s knowledge and expertise. I’d never take my car anywhere else.

I have the utmost faith in Jennifer and Andrew — great people, great expertise, great service. I have a couple of old cars (1999 Jeep Cherokee with 88,000 miles and a 2001 Jag with 263,000 miles) that need regular TLC, and these guys are great. I cannot speak too highly of their ability and most importantly their integrity. You can feel safe that your car is in good, honest hands with The Hub.

I called yesterday to see if they could find out why I had a check engine light that came on in my truck. I was told that the next morning would be best. I brought my truck in at 8 and was given a ride to work and they handled the rest. Not only did they get it fixed before the end of the day I was picked up at work and taken back to my truck! Nice people to deal with. I will be back if need be. Highly recommend.

Let me start out by saying I have lived in a whole bunch of states and I’ve worked on a lot of cars and I have never written a review ever and had to download this app in order to do so. ive had to go to repair shops several times over the years and most were okay places but hub automotive is the best place I have ever gone they went so far above and beyond any expectation I had this is the best experience with any repair job that I’ve ever had to get done they were honest friendly and thorough they really are amazing so if you have a vehicle issues this is hands-​down the best place to go. I can’t emphasize how happy I’ve been with this experience to the point that I downloaded this app just so I could write this review

These guys are actually the best mechanics/​automotive business we have ever had dealings with. Family run vibe which kinda makes you feel like family yourself. They actually tried to under-​charge and the prices for a patched tire, oil change and replaced battery were VERY reasonable. Very comfortable waiting room and such lovely people! Thank you again. Jennifer and Andrew are terrific. I tried them out with an oil and filter change, and was impressed by the unhurried, no-​BS information and advice I got. The lobby is spotless and comfortable, and you can see every inch of the (equally spotless) garage through the glass wall. No guessing if they’re actually working on your car!
Later I called Andrew about an upcoming tire replacement and he took time to answer all my questions. I’m looking forward to a long and happy relationship between the Hub and my Mini Cooper.

After we moved to Memphis, we were joking that the worst thing about a move is having to find a new trustworthy mechanic. You can imagine our relief once we discovered husband and wife tag team Andrew and Jennifer Brunson right here in our new neighborhood. They have been taking great care of our car and made us feel more at home along the way.

Great service and fast and friendly. Kind of expensive but worked with me on the final price.

Friendly and fast service, squeezed us in on short notice, gave a ride (we live in the larger neighborhood), didn’t push anything on us though our car will warrant more attention soon. Prices are fine.

This place is awesome! And I’ve never said that about a car shop before. I recently took my Honda Civic here for a routine checkup. The owners called to give me an estimate before doing the work, a rare consideration I certainly appreciated. They also let me know when I’ll likely need new tires, so I can budget accordingly. They explained things in a non-​condescending way. And I work long hours and was stuck at work on a project when my car was ready. My coworker has had a business shut down and lock his car in without a phone call when he arrived at 5:04 p.m. and the biz closed at 5 p.m. But the kind folks at The Hub told me not to worry about running late and they actually came to pick me up when I got off work at 8:30 p.m. Now THAT is customer service Trustworthy, considerate and kind. What more could I want. I’ll be back!
