Description

Specialties

The Red Clover Inn and Restaurant is truly a one-of-a-kind experience where the Tyler Family strives to make our guests feel like personal houseguests on a memorable Vermont country holiday. A haven for foodies, sports’ enthusiasts, and destination weddings, the Inn and Restaurant are acclaimed for local food with European flair; stylish, comfortable lodging; fireside après-ski and plentiful wine cellar. With mountain views on all sides and tucked off the main beat on its own private road, you’d never guess Red Clover is right at the cross-roads of Central Vermont within minutes of Killington and Pico’s best skiing, biking and hiking. Whether you come for a brief getaway or an extended vacation, a Vermont wedding or an intimate elopement, you’ll find Red Clover as special in its own way as its «big sister» property, the Tyler Place Family Resort.

History

Established in 2009.

The Red Clover Inn near Killington Ski & Golf Resort is owned by the Tyler and Hill families whose summer getaway for families, The Tyler Place Family Resort in Highgate Springs, has been a destination for Vermont vacationers since 1933. We purchased the Red Clover in 2009 as a way to continue our tradition of personal hospitality combined with fine food and possibly a cocktail or two. As our guest families have grown up and moved on from Highgate (many to return with their next generation) we have heard repeatedly that they would like to see a year round property with some of our signature touches in southern Vermont. The Red Clover Inn once had the enviable reputation of being one of the finest places in the Killington area to get a good meal.
