Graduate of Culinary Institute of America (1976)
Worked for Friday’s Restaurant chain, then Harborside Inn. Chef then manager of the Navagator Restaurant. Chef at the Outermaost Inn. Also spent a couple of years working for Pooles Fish Market to learn more about seafood in the late 80’s.
Purchased Menemsha Galley with brother January 1999
