Before we constructed our first storage center in Hemet in 2002, my wife Jennifer and I visited approximately fifty self-​storage centers in southern California. We asked many questions of the managers and owners to find out what they liked about their facility, and what they would change if they could. We complied all of that information and utilized the very best ideas when we built our first storage center in Hemet in 2002 and our second storage center in Menifee commencing in 2009.

For example, both of our facilities have a separate entrance gate and exit gate, and each gate has its own keypad. As a result, vehicles can enter and exit at the same time without having to back up or get out of the way. We incorporated many little details such as this in order to make your storage experience a very pleasant one.
