Menifee Valley Termite and Pest

I have used Menifee Valley Pest since we moved out here 2 ½ years ago. He is extremely good. Sprays thoroughly. If you need him for something that’s beyond his normal monthly routine he is there… Had other pest control companies come up to me wanting me to change my service. and I’ve use plenty of pest control companies with my other homes but I would never leave Menifee Valley Pest. Highly recommend him.

I have use Menifee Valley Pest many times. I have found them to be reasonable, honest, and reliable.
They never try to up sale or over sale like most these companies. I love that they are a local, family owned company.
I have dealt with Dave and Will at my current home and my home I just moved from and have never been disappointed.
If you want a good pest company that cares, look no further… You found the right company.

I have worked with David for the past 7 years. He is very thorough and professional and always provides fantastic service! I recently had an opportunity to work with Wil for a home inspection. I called them and was able to get an appointment the next day. He performed a thorough inspection both inside and outside and explained his findings in a way I could understand. Throughout the service call, he was the perfect balance of professional and personable.

Best service ever. I’ve been using them for a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Every time I had a problem with ants, spiders or rodents I would call David and he would be at my house the very next day to help. I highly recommend menifee valley termite and pest control.

We moved to Menifee 3 years ago, and had a spider and ant issue inside and outside our new home. Looked them up online, called and spoke to Dave, the owner, and have been with them ever since! Dave is always on time, asks questions in order to help you better, and is meticulous at his job. We have not had any bug issues except for ants after some rain, and he came out the same day that I called; He found an ant nest, sprayed, and they were gone! Phenomenal customer service & great work. I would definitely would recommend.

Not sure if bad seed or a bad apple
We had this company come out and do a termite inspection for the sale of a house. The house was built in the late to early 90’s. It had the typical dry rot around some of the patio beams and the exterior wood décor beams (nonstructural.) Anyways the report came back quickly with a bill of over $ 1700 and they could do it immediately. The couple that owns the house are both retired and are moving out of state so every penny they have counts.
I looked online at Home Depot and to replace all the posts that needed to be fixed was about $ 150. The Company is clearly taking advantage of the situation. I suggested a second opinion, and today the second company came back with a total bill of $ 450 for the same work.
Do not use or trust this company. The Fact that they would gouge anyone to this extent is crazy. Shame on you «W» from Menifee Valley Termite and Pest, CA State License # FR 32 045

We’ve used their services for the past 11 years and we’re extremely pleased with their services!!!
They are a small business with the owner, Davie, and his brother in law, Wil. It is always either one of them servicing the house. They will give a call the day before the service to remind you of their coming.
Always courteous and friendly. Very easy to talk to– both on the phone as well as in person.
We used to have black widow problems at the old and the new house. After starting service with them, they are no longer a problem at all. Same goes for pincher bugs and ants.
When we’ve wanted them to come out to spray because we will be having a party and want to make sure the ants don’t come out, they are very accommodating and willing.
David and Wil are both very meticulous about inspecting the property to catch any problems we may have. They nip it at the bud so those budding issues never become a problem for us. (They notice and catch the ants coming out before the summer season and stay on top of it).
There are many large companies that promise good work but each time they come out, it’s often a different individual whom you have to explain everything to…
Menifee Valley Termite and Pest is not one of those companies.
You can trust them to take care of your home and know that they will provice the best service!
