Timeless Portraits By Rhonda

I wish I could give zero stars, because that’s what this photographer deserves.
I would definitely NOT recommend using this photographer, especially if you are hoping for a good experience. Rhonda is flakey and unprofessional. My husband and I hired her after being referred by a family member and the whole experience from the start has been terrible.
From the very beginning, Rhonda cancelled meetings at the last minute, and even didn’t show up and didn’t call until 30 minutes AFTER our scheduled time. Then, she was really difficult to get ahold of, requiring numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, to even get a response from her.
At my wedding, she drank the whole time (I should have thought about this before and told my vendors NOT to drink, but I didn’t know I would have to babysit), leading her to forget or completely neglect to get the most important photos. She had us fill out a survey prior to the wedding day asking what photos were the most important to us (which I virtually had to harass her to even get my hands on in order to fill it out) and then ignored it. She «forgot» family portraits until roughly 9pm, then had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t remind her, like I was supposed to keep track of that on my wedding day. So, the family portraits I have are completely dark and many older family members aren’t even in them, because they had left the event already. My grandmother left early because it was getting chilly, then died a few weeks later, and now I don’t even have a photo of her at my wedding.
In the weeks and months following the wedding, it continued to be difficult. I could almost never get in touch with her, she would take weeks to respond, and it took months to get my wedding photos. When we did finally receive the disc of photos, we were very disappointed. The photos I received from my friends and family from their personal cameras and iphones were WAY better than the photos I received from Rhonda. Most of hers were off center, out of focus, or with weird positioning, making it look like there is a tree growing out of someone’s head, etc.
After fighting with Rhonda for months trying to get my book and prints, it wasn’t until I threatened to sue her that I finally received a check for reimbursement of that I had already paid for. I have since paid someone else to edit and try to salvage the terrible photos she took.
Save yourself the grief and find a different photographer! You can find someone who does a MUCH better job for a MUCH better price!!! She is way over priced for the job she does.

I was the makeup artist for a shoot Rhonda did for Sinful Industries. She was so professional, yet kept the shoot fun and light. The shots turned out amazing… I can’t wait to see the entire calendar in 2014!
