Absolutely awful. The [very expensive] ribeye sandwich was a big fat greasy fatty slab on a bun. Not seasoned at all – no salt, no pepper, nothing. Inedible. Came with a tiny little serving of nothing-​special stubby little fries in a cup. The burger was overcooked, dried out, and appeared to be a Bubba Burger from Costco. Crave is NOT cheap and the food is horrible. By far the worst restaurant I’ve eaten at in Milwaukee. I am absolutely shocked by all the rave reviews here. Seriously? You people need to get out more!

We love this place.
In the past we have eaten at other restaurants near by when we have stayed in this area.
We saw the Crave had open and because of positive reviews we tried it.
The menu is huge and the food is so good it beats every thing around it hands down.
The burgers are fantastic AND juicy! Fries we had were sweet potato fries.
They even brought me a huge amount of a hard to find hot sauce that push the burger over the top.
My wife had the flat bread style pizza that was out of this world.
Service from the second we opened the door was fantastic.
The server was perfect.
The house wine was also great.
SO…guess where we are going next time in Mequon?

I wanted to love this place! We drive by all the time. Unfortunately I think we tried it at the wrong time. We arrived @ 6pm on a Thursday. There were cones in front of many parking spots so — in the rain — we had to park at the other end of the lot. I ordered the fish tacos and they left off the mango salsa and used romaine lettuce instead of slaw which is odd. I had to ask for the salsa and it didn’t seem too fresh. The whole dish was bland. We really didn’t get any service. While our server was nice, he had about four more tables than he could handle. We waited 20 minutes for our check and had to get up to get it. We also had to get up and get our own «to-​go» boxes for our left-​overs. Outside of all of that, it seemed OK. I think they are trying to pack way too many table into a space that doesn’t have the room or staff to handle it. I think we would go back again but if it’s busy we will turn around and go somewhere else.

A Pleasant Surprise! I have visited Crave twice and — so far — I can only say great things about it! The Fish Fry was really good… I had the cod and it was perfectly cooked, sweet and crunchy. The fries are good as are the potato pancakes. The second time we visited, I had the best Italian sausage sandwich I have ever had! A perfectly cooked sausage patty covered with sauted red and yellow peppers. (I ordered it without the cheese). This was excellent. My husband had the cheeseburger sliders and my daughter had the black bean burger. Both gave their dishes high marks! I will definitely be back!

My boyfriend, brother, sister in law and niece had dinner here tonight. Food, drinks, atmosphere and service was outstanding! Breaded Fish Fry, Brunch Burger, and Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger were awesome! Will be back!

A burger is a burger. But the chicken wing appetizers are rich in flavor. A number of different flavors to chose from which we enjoyed. Our second time there and we brought some one who has never been to Crave and they enjoyed it as well.

The food was worst I have had in along time in a restaurant. Had the chili and it was bland. Had the flat bread and it was horrible. The fresh mozzarella cheese seemed like it was imitation cheese. Didn’t even melt. It will take a lot to get me and my wife to try again. The service was good and very friendly. Too bad the food was not as good as the staff.

Went there with my family the day after Christmas. The food and drinks were all really good! The only downfall our server was TERRIBLE! thank god for the awesome bartender! He did more than our server did. The server kept messing things up to the point where we just stopped even trying. With a table of 6 people who are continuously drinking and racking up a good tab, you must pay attention. At one point my dad went into the bathroom and he was in there texting! My parents live in mequon so this would be a great place to go. However, good service is a must! Thank you bartender for being on top of your game! :)

…enjoyed the pork sliders with toasted buns and a large onion ring on top of each (vs. way too many in a big basket); French Onion Soup, side of sweet potato fries w/​sour cream blue cheese (instead of the marshmallow dipping sauce); a Breckenridge Vanilla Porter, & an Old Fashioned!

A welcoming addition to the NorthShore. Have been twice and the food is fantastic. I love the Ahi Tuna, Tenderloin Sliders and Olive Tapenade. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend it.

Love this new place! So far everything we have tried has been amazing! The filet mignon sliders are amazing! I also love the southwest burger and of course the sweet potato fries. I would check this place out if you are looking for something new in Mequon!

Visited here during the first couple of weeks that it opened. Got there for happy hour which offers a few appetisers for $ 5 and a small discount on beer. The beer choices are pretty limited. Shared the chicken tenders and cheese curds with a friend. The curds are much better than the chicken tenders and they give you a fair quantity. The place looks just the same as the two Mexican restaurants that were there before it. In fact, the cherry machines are still near the bar. Didn’t care for the crowd and the music, older folks and lame music.
I would say build the menu a little more and offer better pricing to keep customers coming back.

Attention sentimental Mequon residents! Centennial has been reborn across the street. No, its not the same owners, or the same food, but you might find some of the same employees and customers. Crave serves food above pub grub, great drink specials, especially the martini’s.
It’s got a good vibe that is casual. Word of warning– it can get very busy, so parking can be a problem. My advice go before 7:00 or after 8:00. and because YOU deserve it… get a damn dirty martini! That’s an order.

Sweet potato fries (with brown sugar) with marshmallow dipping sauce – AMAZING!
Prices are reasonable the food is most excellent. I had the filet mignon sliders. They were cooked to perfection. Not terribly big pieces, but in reality it was all I needed. My wife had the mushroom soup and the cup size was more like a bowl.
The cheese curds are deep fried and somehow have little deep fried handles to them for easy dipping. Not sure how they do that and is unique.
The menu is full and plenty of options for the meat lover. No so much for the fish eaters, though there are some salads with fish.
Staff are friendly and attentive. I look forward to frequenting this new gem.
