They are very professional. It is a husband & wife team. I got the wife :) she’s very patient & answers any questions you have to the BEST of her ability. She takes her time with you which I love! You don’t feel rushed & etc like most doctors. I have VSP insurance, they have a nice wide selection of glass frames to choose from starting to top of the line down to your average pair. They have such an amazing staff as well :) I defiantly recommend.

My family has been going to Gateway Optometric for a few years now. We’ve always had a great experience! The office is very well kept and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Appointments pretty much run on schedule. The two optometrists (a husband and wife team) are very nice and explain things clearly. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from. They are great with kids and adults. We highly recommend this place!

In a frantic attempt to utilize my vision insurance before the end of the new year, ended up at this place. I think there are two optometrists you can see there, a husband and wife team. Saw the husband. Very friendly, upbeat, but also very clear with his explanations.
The pre tests by the technician all ran smoothly.
Tech/​receptionist also very friendly. I had the first appointment of the morning, so I’m not sure how they run with their scheduling as far as being on time.
Because I have VSP insurance, I found a fairly wide range of frames that fit into the coverage amount. I’ve been to another optometrist in the Bay Area that was great, but the frames were all so pricey. Put in an order for new glasses, and they said 5 to 7 days which seems fairly typical. I left happy and would definitely recommend.
