I had a facial with Ann tonight and enjoyed my service very much. She is very gracious and from the very moment you walk in she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while she does her magic. She never makes you feel rushed and completely focuses on you. I highly recommend this little hideaway salon in Mercer Island and the excellent service they provide.

I’ve had a few appointments here with Emily and she is great, professional and knowledgable. The location is somewhat hidden but they provide great driving instructions. My lashes always look great. The fills are, for the most part pretty decent but sometimes some of the lashes turn downward.

An amazon local deal brought me to Estrella for a full set of silk lash extensions. My goal was to have a natural look and Estrella suggested extensions that would be just a bit longer than my natural eyelashes. I was so relaxed during the process, that I fell asleep and before I knew it 2.5 hours had gone by! I was impressed at Estrella’s attention to detail which resulted in a beautiful set of lashes. It is amazing how eyelash extensions can highlight your eyes more so than any mascara or eyeliner could. For anyone looking for extensions, Estrella’s skillful technique and attentiveness will surely give you an incredible result. She recommends that new clients try to come in within 2 weeks after their first appointment for a fill and to assess how your lash upkeep is going, so keep this in mind. Lash fills can be a bit pricey (though much less than a full set!!) and time intensive for me personally, but after seeing how much of a difference lash extensions can make, I very well might be addicted!

With all the rave reviews and an amazon local deal here, I couldn’t wait to get my first set of lash extensions. Emily had done my lashes and the whole process took an hour and a half. Emily was great, made friendly conversation and offered to explain everything she was going to do since this was my first time. When she was done, my lashes were longer but they weren’t as full or dark as I had hoped. The next day, I had several lashes on both sides that were turned downwards and a lot of them going in all different directions. I also had several lashes that fell off. I waited a full 48 hrs before getting my face wet too just to make sure the glue would hold. After a week most of the lashes fell off. I’m sure glad I got an amazon local deal for this because this was so not worth it. I won’t be coming back.

I got a groupon deal here and Emily did my lashes. To be honest, at first, the lashes were a lot longer than I expected and I felt a little weird about them. However, after a few days, I absolutely loved them. It’s been over 2 weeks now and it still looks great! It was 2 hours and Emily made sure I was relaxed. She was professional and great to work with. Will come back for sure!

Upon walking in, you are transported from Mercer Island to a beautiful european salon, complete with chandeliers, rich velvet curtains and champagne. This is not your average, plain salon… You instantly feel ready to relax and be pampered!
Annie gave me the best fascial I have ever received. Her personality is super sweet and warm, making me feel welcome and comfortable from the start. The skin treatment was extremely relaxing, and I felt my skin soothe and calm down during the process. The milk cream cleanser she used on my skin was infused with all-​natural ingredients and felt amazing! She mixed and matched the masks she used on different areas of my face, making sure to address each area of my skin, rather than a blanketed, ‘all skin is the same’ approach, which a lot of salons use. As my mask was drying, she used a light-​therapy treatment, which helped eliminate bacteria and renew my skin. On top of her amazing knowledge of my skin, she actually spent the time to teach me about some natural ingredients I could use on my skin at home. She really showed how much she cares about her clients and wants you to have your best skin because she taught me how to obtain great results at home, rather than pushing the products they sell (I ended up leaving with that milk cream cleanser anyway because I loved it so much!).
Don’t be afraid to travel to Mercer Island, as it offers you a relaxing setting, away from the hectic traffic in Seattle. It’s closer than you think!
Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Annie at Parlor Élan. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been wanting to try eyelash extensions for a while now and I finally did. I am so happy with the result! Everything was an awesome experience, starting at the front desk. The woman at the front was extremely friendly over the phone and just as delightful in person. Regi did my lashes and I can’t even believe how beautiful they turned out! I get so many compliments and feel so pretty. :) Regi was knowledgeable and really fun to talk to. They are the perfect length. I can’t wait to go back!

I just got back from getting my eyelashes done from Parlor Élan. I’ve been to other places, but Regina is by far much better than anyone else I have been to. She always asks what my preference is, and always does exactly what I want. She gets them perfectly filled, and the fullness is incredible. She is also quick, gentle with the eye pads, and never rips or pulls on anything, like I have experienced before. The salon itself is very beautiful, and everyone is super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and am excited to try out their other services that they offer.
