Like all car dealers they are out to get your money, you are never the one that makes it out on top of a deal in the car business, with that being said I bought 2 new VW’s from them, i left happy with my purchase only to find my car listed for less on
, when I confronted them they made up some story saying
makes prices up… and many car dealers are involved in lawsuits, the sales manager told me to do some online research on the subject, when I did I found nothing. one of the cars I purchased had minor issues and the service dept handled them professionaly and promptly with no charge but im still mad that I could have gotten a better deal had I found my car through
and contacted them that way!!! I dropped the subject because I realized it was a battle I did not have the energy to fight. by the time im 50 ill get a good deal on a car and not get swindled, lesson learned!!!

This dealership is one that I highly recommend anyone interested in buying or leasing a car to steer clear from. You can see the scams from out the door.
I bought my car there almost a year back, and everything about the deal and what it entailed was a lie. I was promised a re-​finance in 6 months to get me to an affordable payment and signed up for the flex program which turned out to be a scam in order for me to buy the car; this dealership signed me up for a program I was overqualified for based upon credit and interest rate just to make a sales quota. When making an appointment to come back to re-​fi the car, they said that everything had already been set up for me and it was a good-​to-​go deal.
When I went back to re-​finance the car after being in dis-​contact with the dealership, I was told my car was un-​refinanceable and they had no desire to complete it seeing it made no sense to them. I was then mislead into leasing a car in which I could not afford and was shown a 2015 Passat that reeked of cigarettes and trash, and was not cleaned out whatsoever. After this wasted time of 4 hours they put me in an ultimatum stating on how it was unrealistic of me to think I could lower my payment despite all of the unkept promises they created when selling me the vehicle in the first place. After more wasted time of unrealistic payments and sales gimmies, I asked for my keys back and said I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. As I was leaving they said they would be able to get me 2015 jetta in my price range in order for me to stay longer at the dealership (which also ended up being a lie).
About 20 minutes after leaving I was swarmed with phone calls and text messages from sales managers and finance directors, saying how they would re-​finance my car at a lower payment. When I asked for the details they had nothing to show for their promises over the phone so I declined going back to the dealership. Another finance director called me for an hour and a half also giving me different numbers and figures than all the other finance managers. When I asked to have these new figures emailed to me, the response was «We don’t really do emails here» and also had nothing to show for it.
It’s amazing how my answers tried being resolved once I said I would file a complaint. This dealership has put me through more loops than anyone should have to go through in order to buy a car and I fully regret giving them my business.
I suggest you stay away from this dealership as they will literally do anything and everything (lying and cheating included) in order to get cars off their lot.

My girlfriend and I bought a 2014 Jetta Sportswagen from one of the best sales woman I’ve ever met. Hanaa was extremely pleasant and helpful during this process. She has a very fun and honest attitude. She was able to get us a great deal and a great memory of our experience. If you’re in the market for a car, I definitely recommend Hanaa.

Overall, it was an easy transaction. General Manager, Jared Saunders, not only met a rival dealerships almost unbelievable price, but crushed it, and included the first two scheduled maintenance services. My sales consultant, Mike Pstragowski was great, letting me take an extended test drive to get a feel of back roads and highway. This is my first Volkswagen, and I had many questions.
In summary, what started out as a
inquiry on a certified used Jetta, lead to a follow up call from the dealership, to me going in, seeing and driving the car I inquired about, ending in me driving off the lot a few hours later in a brand new 2015 Jetta. Do your homework, then go to Autofair Volkswagen. — Simon T.
