Specialties

We work on most cars and trucks. Anything from oil changes to transmission or engine swaps. Door lock actuators and window motor/​regulators, fuel pumps, brake jobs. We also pack wheel bearings on trailers, and install brake control units in vehicles.

History

Established in 1991.

Barry started B.C. Automotive after working for dealerships. He decided that by opening his own shop, he could control the quality of work that was performed. Quality is very important, as is getting the work done in a timely manner.

BC Automotive has been my families mechanic for 12+ years. They have always provided us with free diagnostics and quality repairs. They are not the cheapest mechanics on earth, but they offer great work for fair prices. It is hard to find honest mechanics these days, but Barry and company give us hope.

Never trust a mechanic that doesn’t own a race car. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Barry at B C Automotive for 10 years now and this guy knows his stuff… ASE certified, excellent workmanship, friendly service, the work is almost always done on time and for a fair price. There’s always an estimate before work is started — if something’s going to cost more than the estimate, he (or his wife Dacia) will call, explain it in detail, and then ask if you still want it done. Domestic or foreign, he’ll fix ‘em all. And without the hassle of a dealership.
