Specialties
We specialize in farm fresh, whole grain wheat products using the wheat grown on our family’s farm. We carry this year’s wheat crop in bulk, plus limited quantities of red fife, spelt & barley. We mill our own whole grain flours & hot cereals and make a line of chewy granolas using olive and honey. We also carry local, raw honeys.
History
Established in 2006.
Founded by John Alldredge in 2006, Bread Brothers Bakery is built on the baking and farming heritge of John’s grandparents, Max and Della Johnson, who began farming & baking in the Delta, UT valley in 1943. John’s uncles continue the farming tradition today by growing the hearty, nutritious wheats we use to create our fresh flours, delicious cereals, and soft granolas.

John A.
Business Owner
John is a chef and entrepreneur by trade, but the farm is in his heart. He spent many childhood summers there, learning about the land from his uncles. From his mother, he learned to bake bread, and he has refined that art through professional culinary training and years of dedicated time and effort. His passion is to bring truly farm fresh, family grown whole grains to his community, improving people’s health and quality of life from the inside out.
