This branch is closest to my house. It’s nice when a neighborhood bank treats you like a neighbor. I have always had good customer service here. When I needed to have something notarized, I was able to see a notary without waiting. There was no charge.

Last two times in I waited 20 and 30 minutes in line. I complained to teller and she said it’s because of the winter visitors in a snarky tone, like how dare I complain. Everyone in line was visibly frustrated and the personal bankers were just hiding and doing nothing. Only two teller windows open both times, that is bad staffing and management. Will be moving to a credit union ASAP.
