I am working towards a degree in Exercise Science in college. I also have completed several Criminal Justice courses in Criminology. I trained through non profit organizations that fight against sex trafficking.

Business Owner

I trained the last few years in Sex Trafficking courses and worked with a few non profits here in the valley for both rescue missions and public awareness campaigns. I started College as a Criminal Justice major. I later had a passion for teaching exercise and switched my degree to Exercise Science. I combined my two dreams. I work with both people looking to get healthy or one’s that use exercise as a form of therapy from past trauma.
