I am very fussy about my eyebrows, and I had excellent service today: eyebrow wax and tint by Jaime at the High Street location. She is knowledgeable and meticulous.
I also had the 4 step facial – very nice!

Excellent and very clean salon. Great job on pedi as far as shaping and color. I tend to like deeper/​trigger point-​like leg and foot massages but overall I’m pleased.
Gotta try the vinylux polish… it really does dru faster and last longer. I liked it so much I bought some on eBay for 40% less than what ulta charges.

I have to take a minute to really appreciate the service and tact at this establishment. I needed to return a product and before I made an explanation, I was wisked away to my massage and a credit placed on the account when I was done with no questions asked. The manager there is always on top of it and makes me feel welcomed and personalizes my services or changes of services with no sales tactics to make me feel pushed. I am always smiling leaving there whether from A nara’s awesome facials or Aubreys unbelievable massages. Love this spa!

I love this place. I have never gotten bad service here and it’s just a great place to unwind. My nail tech Amber always does my feet. I usually show her a picture of what I want my toes to look like and she usually looks at it and when she finishes it either looks great or better than the picture. They offer a clean, safe environment. With attention given to safe and sanitary conditions. Also, they offer beverages and usually have a great movie. So sit back and relax and enjoy.

I have been to Fuchsia 3 times now for their Petite Pedi’s and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is inviting, very girly, the selection of colors is fantastic. I love the girly movies that are always playing and who can go wrong wth the endless supply of m&ms! Having a pedi is my one of hour peacefulness where I do not have a care in the world.
Tisha is AMAZING! She has been my nail tech for 10 years and I follow her wherever she goes!
I pick my color (s) and let her do whatever she wants. Nail art or no nail art I receive so many compliments about how awesome my toes look. I book my next appointment every time I am there.

First time there. Everyone was great. What I love was there was no pressure on joining or products, just informational. I will be cancelling my Massage Envy and seeing you again soon. Thanks Jessica M. For a fantastic facial.

I highly recommend this place. I’ve used their pedicure, manicure, and massage services.
The pedicures and manicures always look great and the polish lasts quite awhile. I recently had a 90 minute massage with Sandy and it was by far the best massage I’ve had. I’ve been to places such as Massage Envy, Touch of Healing, Dolce, etc. Sandy just did a great job working on my problem spots but still managed to cover everything and it was very relaxing. She also taught me some stretches to try for my tight muscles. The cost was reasonable as well.
All of the staff members I’ve interacted with have been very nice and helpful. I will definitely continue to use them for future services.

If you’ve not been to Fuchsia. You definitely should try it. Suburb services. Great facials, massage and manicures and pedicures.

What a great way to spend my Saturday morning. Enjoying a relaxing manicure and pedicure with Jessica. She was great and I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful foot massage.

This place is my favorite for massage. I have had plenty of them in my life and I feel confident in recommending this place. The place is nice and the staff is down to earth. Not frumpy weirdos like the franchise places and not snotty like the places that think they are cool. I believe I have been there at least 5 times and every time by a different massage person. Always a great massage. If your looking for a place I highly recommend going here. My girl has been having some serious back issues and they have really done magic. Even the doctors where not getting her any relief. After a massage she was actually able to walk. This is after weeks of barely being able to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. Hopefully that convinces you that this one of best spas in the country. Certainly the best in Arizona

Went several times and Every time they changed pricing on same service given. Then all of a sudden you can’t get callus remover with a polish change. why would they decide what services you can and can’t get? Went with my friend both had the same services charged 2 different prices. This place is ridiculous.

I give this place 2 stars because it was incredibly average. I loved the ambiance, the attentiveness from the staff, the cleanliness. All those things were great. But when it comes down to it, I just want a good wax. The gal who did mine was super friendly, very nice. But again, I just want it done right. She had missed a few hairs, so I had to go home and shave. I also got a brow waxing and the shape is exactly what I came in with. I even advised the front desk when I set the appt, that it was important I have someone who can shape brows. I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back, I’m just saying it wasn’t a great wax. Everything else was awesome.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had– EVER! Let me give you a rundown of all the events that took place during my time at Fuchsia. I called on Thursday ²⁄₁₂ to make an appt after reading the reviews. I spoke to the front desk girl and she was able to get me in that Saturday. They were having a promo for first time clients– a massage and facial for $ 99. I took it! She asked for my credit card info to ‘hold’ my appt. This is pretty standard, so I proceeded to give her my info. She confirmed my appt for Saturday ²⁄₂₁ at 12pm. I walked into Fuchsia at 12pm and told the front desk girl my name and appt time. She said I don’t show you in the system. I said I made an appt on Thursday and I was confirmed for today. She confirmed that she had my credit card info (convenient) on file however an appt was not booked. Pretty comical. I said no worries and I wanted to walk out. She insisted they were able to find some people to take me. Thanks, I guess? I was walked to the ‘relaxation room’ (I was NOT relaxed at all at this point) to wait for my masseuse to come. A tiny girl called my name and walked me back to my room. I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover and looks can be deceiving. She asked me what my problem area was, I STRESSED I carry my tension all in my neck and shoulders as I am in front of the computer for 8+ hours. I asked her to specifically focus on my shoulders and neck (1^st time). I undressed and laid on my stomach. She walked in and started the massage. Her massage was not a massage. She was CARESSING me. I asked her to please go deeper as I am not feeling much (2^nd time) she said ok. She proceeded to CARESS my neck and shoulders. At this point, I was angry. I wanted to walk out. I asked her again (THIRD time) to please go deeper as I am not feeling anything, she said sure thing. And NOTHING. Just caressing me. I needed a deep tissue massage not a joke of a massage! At this point, I was fidgety and wanted to get the hell out there. Then the unthinkable happened, she sneezed ON ME and it all landed on my left shoulder. I was livid. Disgusted. Then she said ok we are all done. Did we even start? She started working on me at 12:16pm and was done at 12:51– this is NOT anywhere near an hour. I got dressed as quickly as I could and walked back out to the relaxation room waiting for my facial. The guy called my name and walked back to the room. It was his last day; he was using someone else’s room and didn’t know where any of the products were. He started my facial. All was ok, the normal steps of a facial. I confirmed he was doing extractions (normal facial) that are mostly focused on the black heads on your nose and he said yes. The only extractions that were done was one on my cheek and one on my forward? Hm. He put a product on my face that started burning very badly, I asked if this was normal he said yes. I knew it wasn’t because my eyes were burning as well. I was done w my facial at 1:53; again nowhere near the one hour time slot. My experience with the facial wasn’t great, but it wasn’t amazing either. I walked out to the front desk to pay. I stated that I would of wanted to deeper massage and her response «I suggest you tell that to the person you’re making an appointment with so they know who to schedule you with.» I bit my tongue. I DID BUT YOU DIDN’T PUT MY APPOINTMENT IN THE SYSTEM! I just wanted to get out of there. I was more stressed and unrelaxed walking out than walking into Fuchsia. The whole experience was just horrible and unprofessional. I added gratuity to the bill for both parties, something I very much so regret. I will never, ever, ever go back to this place of business– ever.

I am still on Cloud 9 after my facial with Kari this week. I became a member after my first visit. Pricing is great for the level of service provided.
The girl up front was very polite, but was either new or had her wires crossed when explaining and signing me up for the membership. Told me about all of the perks, and then backtracked and said I couldn’t use them after all, or had to add services to use them. Understandable, presentation was just bad.

Without question, a facial here with Felicia is the BEST BEST BEST time and financial investment you can make in a day! It’s an hour of complete, total relaxation, calm, peacefulness, quiet, warmth, and your complexion will look better than EVER when you’re done. THIS IS SUCH A FANTASTIC THING TO DO FOR YOURSELF OR FOR SOMEONE YOU WANT TO PAMPER!!!

Michelle does the best facial ever. She really takes her time and if you have problem areas she lets you know what you can do to correct them and recommends the best products. She hands down is the best esthetician in AZ and this was the best facial that I have had

This spa is professional and great customer service. I had my first facial and didn’t know how relaxing it could be. The are able to do everything needed in one stop. Prices are great and lots of gift idea too.

I’ve been here several times, and I purchased a membership. I wish I hadn’t. The facials are nice, but they really push for you to buy the products. I’m relaxed afterwards, I don’t want to hear what I need to buy. Just ask me if I’m interested in purchasing anything and leave it at that.
I was there yesterday for a facial and a pedicure. After my facial, they had me wait in the «Quiet Room.» Either they forgot about me or the woman who was supposed to do my pedicure was really late, but I had to go and let them know that I was waiting 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start.
Ok it happens, but the woman who was to give my pedicure was clearly in a bad mood. She just looked at me, and said very defeatedly, «I’m running so late.» That was it! Not hey thanks for waiting, or welcome, or hi how are you? It really wasn’t cool. I don’t think they told her I was waiting, so I kinda felt bad for her, but her energy was so negative that I just decided that I was over it.
It just really left a bad impression. I’m going to cancel my membership as soon as possible!
