As the owner of Kenny Speeds I have 15 years experience as a technician and 20 year in shop management and customer service. I’ve worked for Cadillac, Lincoln, Chevrolet, B F Goodrich, Firestone, Goodyear and owned Kenny Speeds For 13 years. I’ve held a NHRA competition license since 1986. During my racing career I’ve won several state and track championships and in 1990 won the NHRA Arizona Nationals.

Worst possible experience ever. Took my 1932 Ford Roadster there to fix some oil leaks, because you would think they would be experts! 6 weeks later and two trips back, still couldn’t seem to get the job done, but they kept charging and charging me. I would NOT recommend these people to work on a gold cart.

I’m sorry for writing a bad review but I honestly didn’t like these guys. Guy that helped me at the office acted like I wasn’t even important. Work that was going to be done was going to be $ 340 dollars. I agreed but then I walked over to prestige custom rides same work was done for $ 270. So I went to pick up my truck from kennys. Poor customer service, very careless is what it was! Mechanic outside was smoking a cigarette as he changed someone’s windshield wipers. Wouldn’t you take a break for that instead of smoking while ur doing something? Careless! Couldn’t trust them with my car

I’ve been here twice. Once to get tires installed and once to get my brakes replaced. Both times Kenny Speed’s was quick and did a fine job for a good price. I can’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend this place for all your basic needs and I trust them a lot.

I was recommended this shop after having not so great work at another place. Boy oh boy am I happy I brought my car here! Was told i needed a new water pump by the other shop, and this was not the case! They tightened my belts and all was fine! This will for sure be my go to shop, and i will tell anyone with car troubles to go to Kenny Speeds. Thank you for the great work, not taking mse for all I am worth! A truly honest Auto Body Shop! I would give more then 5 stars if I could!

I have been to here several times and have had excellent service each time. I own a classic car and am very particular with who works on it. Each time they’ve done a quality job, and their prices are excellent too. I especially like the fact that the owner really knows his muscle cars and recommends certain products to get the best performance for my car. Lastly, the staff is very friendly. There was one occasion where I had my 5 year old son with me and the mechanic bought him a soda. Its small, courteous things like that I really like.

Originally, I would’ve given them 4 stars. They came highly recommended by a co-​worker and we were in desperate need of a mechanic as we were new to the area. We brought our car to them for a series of issues and paid for over $ 1000 in services within our first few months of moving. We felt we established a relationship, were on first-​name basis, and felt comfortable bringing our car back time and time again. They even offered to drive my husband home since the car was taking longer than expected.
Here’s where the 2 stars come in:
When we tried to bring the car in for another issue, we primarily dealt with Randy, whom we had worked with before. He said he had to call around for parts, etc and would get back to us with a quote. Why did we have to keep calling them back to check, week after week? In the meantime, the problem with the car got worse. We finally spoke with Kenny who also gave us the same answer: we’re calling around and will get back to you. They never did. If the issue was something they weren’t familiar with or comfortable fixing, then say so! Don’t let us drive our three children around for weeks, in a car that is possibly unsafe, when we can easily bring it to the dealer instead. Sure it’ll cost a lot more, but at least the problem will be resolved.
The icing on the cake:
We brought our car to another mechanic who had great reviews on Unilocal.They were able to identify and fix the issue with no qualms and had our car back to us in two days. BUT they also identified issues with the work we had done at Kenny’s! They offered for us to bring it back to Kenny’s to resolve, but we opted to just have them fix it as Kenny’s lost our trust and our business.
