I think I have finally found a good place to have my truck get good work done on! I went into the office the guy was really polite and laid back, helped me out with what I needed to get done told me how much it would be then came in the next to do the work. Took a few hours but I honestly felt like I didn’t over pay or was getting ripped off! They do good honest work I like these guys I would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work guys I appreciate it! Check this place out ppl and compare it to other places I think they’re good

I have been in the business world for a long time and dealt with positive and negative experiences. I know the negative ones have two sides of the story. With my experience here at Prestige, POSITIVE! I had shopped around for a lift, rims and tires for my truck for weeks. I made ALOT of calls to a number of other businesses who seemed irritated when I called, especially when I called back because I forgot to ask a question. Not here, John and the staff are extremely professional and know their industry. Not only did I blow up their phones with questions, but also emailed and the response time was remarkable. I called around to about 6 different shops and not only did they treat me like a human being, but they killed the price of everyone else. I ended up purchasing everything from Prestige and I am pleased that I did. I will never go anywhere else from now on. I will also push this company to everyone I know for their truck needs. All I can say is, don’t believe all the negative hype about a company until you experience it first hand. TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO PRESTIGE CUSTOM!

WOW! What a great experience I had with prestige today! There service was fantastic and great to see knowledgeable people there too. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Need work done on your vehicle ??? Come to this place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!
I purchased a lift kit for $ 399 and installed for $ 250. What should have been an easy install has turned into a nightmare. The do NOT stand behind there products are there work! This is the place that horror stories come from. I am now in in for about 2k. In retrospect I see how they trick you into purchasing part and service you just do not need. They installed a simple 3 ¼ lift on my jeep. They could not correct the famous «death wobble» They said it was my aftermarket wheels, and gave me an invoice stating that my «issue must be tire and wheel package» They recommended I buy the correct wheels. Once I purchased the wheels they refused to put them on because I had used tires. They tried to pressure me into dishing out another $ 1000 on top of the $ 2000 I had already spent. I took the wheel and had them installed at another tire shop, they gave me a warranty on the tires/​installation. The issue persisted, my jeep still shook violently. I called them, they said they would mail me a part that was missing from the wheels. Come to find out these are the same type of wheels I had before. ««ALL I NEEDED WAS TO PURCHASE 4 SMALL RINGS THAT TOOK UP THE SPACE AROUND THE WHEEL». These are parts that they gave me yet sold me $ 1000 wheels saying it would correct the wobbling. It took 6 days for me to receive these rings. They are incredibly stupid people because I live a few miles from 2135 S 11^th ave. I have not had use of my vehicle since 05÷23÷14, it is now 06÷10÷14 (18 DAYS) Today I spoke the front desk guy, he said they would have to charge me an hourly rate if I wanted them to look at my jeep. I told them my jeep was not safe to drive my kids around. He didn’t care, he said the problem was because I didn’t have new tires. He could not explain how the used stock wheels they used to diagnose the problem had corrected the wobbling. I see the only way to resolve this is to sue these crooks. Do not ignore my review as I ignored the other bad reviews for this place.

Highly recommended!!! Have been taking my truck here for years and will continue to! Have always had great prices and really friendly staff! Every time I bring the truck it they are always right to the point and taken care of as quickly as possible! Thanks again for all your help!

I can’t believe the wonderful pricing and level of service I received. When I got home after 4 new tires, I noticed they went ahead and installed Chrome Valve Stems and CAPS. Most shops charge extra for this. It made me smile and laugh. Because you dont see treatment like this anymore. Way to go guys, customer for life.

Buyer Beware!!! These guys are rip-​off!!! They wasted my time and money big time. Here was what happened. I did an online search and found them on craigslist ad. Here I copied and pasted it on the photobucket:

On their craigslist ad, it clearly states that $ 39.95 for 2 Wheel Alignment with FREE vehicle inspection. I took my truck to do an alignment over there. Over the phone, I asked them how long it takes to do the alignment. I was told 45 mins. I planned my day accordingly. I got there and waited. I confirmed with the guy the time to wait. Again, 45 mins. Okay, I waited. Guess what, I waited for over an hour!!! I couldn’t wait any longer and I was about to tell the guy I had to take off for another appointment that I set up. The guy name John or Chris came out and told me they couldn’t do the alignment because there were two things need to be fixed first. One was the control arm bushings. Second the strut mountings need to be replaced. He took another 15 mins making calls to get a quote for the parts & labor. It was over an hour already. Another 15 mins? I was very upset already. I called my other appointment and made the arrangement.
At the end, I was charged $ 42 for nothing!!! Their ad clearly stated that $ 39.95 for 2 wheel drive alignment with FREE INSPECTION. I was told that it was for the mechanic inspection time. Com’n. They were wasting my time waiting more than an hour. And now I was charged for $ 42 for them NOT doing alignment and just inspection? I understand that if they did the alignment without fixing other things, it won’t work. My biggest upset was why I was being charged for $ 42 for inspection? Nowhere else would do this!!! Not for alignment inspection.
Okay, I paid and took off. I took my truck for a 2^nd opinion at Sears. Guess what. Found out that Prestige Custom Rides was lying in my face!!! I asked Sears whether they would charge me for the alignment inspection. They said no. (Actually all other auto shop I had my cars done alignment in the past and I never got charge for alignment inspection). Sear’s mechanic came out and told me that the control arm brushing need to be fixed. However, there was nothing wrong with the Strut mountings quoted by Prestige Custom Rides. This alone made me sick because of the unethical way the Prestige Customer Rides was conducting business based on a lie. Would people make mistake? Sure. Okay. I took my car to a 3^rd party for one final inspection. (Sears quoted me over $ 600 and I walked away because I had another car which I had my control arm done by a mechanic for only $ 250 in the past).
Guest what. My 3^rd car shop also pointed out the only thing need to be done before doing the alignment was the control arm bushings. I was quoted $ 240 labor and parts. There was nothing wrong with the strut mounting which was quoted by Prestige Custom Rides!!! There is nothing to argue about — I had done 3 inspections on my truck to find out what need to be done.
And when you read all the reviews about Prestige Custom Rides, they were all done between Jan 7 — Jan 19, 2011 over

Why can’t these people be straight with their customers like myself and do ethical business? Their facility looks nice and all. But at the end of the day, it is about customer service and running an ethical business with integrity. I am sorry. I don’t see it at Prestige Customer Rides. People at Prestige Customer Rides, you can argue here with me all day long if you want to. Fact is a fact. Please take responsibility for damaging your own reputation. Do a good job and you would have customer for life. I run a business myself and I highly value customer relationship and high quality work.

I recently went here to buy a set of four brand new tires. the price was very reasonable and the guys didn’t take that long to put the tires on. its very clean inside, they have a couch and big flat screen tv to watch while waiting. before i left they i checked out my new tires and found that one tire was missing the valve cap but no biggie, i went inside to ask for an extra one so that i could just screw it on and be on my way, but the guy went and screwed it on for me… they are very polite here! i am going there for my tire needs from now on. they also do other auto work.
