Great Vape shop plenty of options and good selection of juice. Very helpful and love the discounts. My new go to for juice and anything else I need.

This will be the second time that I’ve ever left a one star review on a company. I can tell you one thing for sure owning several of my own companies that if any of my employees treated any of my customers in the way that I was treated when I was at the store they would be fired immediately. If you ever do go here stay away from the guy with huge gauges in his ears. This person apparently does not understand the meaning of respect or customer service. One thing I did notice is that it would seem if you are not chummy chummy with the employees there you did not receive good customer service or any acknowledgment whatsoever.
From the time I walked into the store I already knew that it wasn’t going to be pleasant. Stood around for about 5 minutes looking at stuff before anyone acknowledged my presence. However a few other people walked in right after I did and they were immediately helped. They obviously we’re friends with the employees of this store. In observation a business is no place for friends to be hanging out with employees. It is a place to conduct business not a place to be chummy chummy with your buddies from high school.
I have been to several other vape shops and actually this one came as a recommendation because they would probably have something that I needed that the normal shop I go to did not. None of the other shops I’ve been to treat any of their customers like this shops employees. I would not even recommend people I do not like to the store. If you’re looking for a good vape shop go anywhere besides here.

In my opinion they deserve a lower review.
Have gone 3 or more times in total, 2 of which with my husband. Despite the «large» space there was very little to display. First time we went in our guy was very nice… but every juice we wanted to try was out of stock or no longer carried. Yet it was still advertised in their juice book.
2^nd time my husband went to get a new battery, said they never even said hello or gave him a glance. They were too busy with the people at their «juice test bar» (who by the way never even bought anything) to simply complete the task my husband went in for. Next time we went again I was there to bare witness to what he said.
3 employees and none even raised their head to greet the incoming customer. I used to work in customer service and was required to greet everyone; first impressions are how you make yourself known.
So we waited and waited by the battery and equipment display case with our backs to their test bar. Again no service. They only cared about the people smoking their juices and all for free and then they leave without buying about 75% of the time.
Finally someone came to help us and what we wanted to ask took 2 seconds to ask and even less to answer. We asked about a new battery and they said they were all out of everything but the cheap batteries.
I will say this, the gentleman we had was kind enough to direct us to Oasis on Main… safe to say I will stay with Oasis and never return to this establishment.

recently unearthed this gem… Brown Bag Special… do it! Allie (spelling) was awesome with a return, and the staff there seems knowledgeable, and helpful. Won a free bottle of 120ml juice! They didn’t even know they were bribing me to write this review! This could be the beginning of a beautiful relationship!

The best customer service I’ve ever seen
I bought a battery for my kanger tank and the swapped me out 3 times no questions asked and gave me a high end battery and wouldn’t let me pay the difference .
I highly recommend Kidney Punchers for all your vapping needs .
Their house juice is phenomenal also

KP is awesome. They have an impressive selection of anything vape related you can think of. Craig sampled me several e-​liquids, as well as a selection of mods and atomizers. I could have sampled myself into confusion with all the variations that were available, but Craig helped me narrow down the array with helpful answers to my many questions. I highly recommend Kidney Puncher for your next supply run, or if you need to start from scratch. Now, if only I could get them to open up a location in my local neighborhood.

I just moved within a mile of this place and had no clue what to expect… anyone who vapes knows some places are pretty nasty. I went in desperately needing a coil, which, just my luck, they didn’t have in stock, and the poor guy helping me seriously went above and beyond to make sure I got one anyway. This is my new favorite vape shop because of that kindness.

Not happy, pretty unsanitary store. Example: workers were taking off my personal drip tip with their fingers. Then they place my personal drip tip mouth side down on the counter where hundreds of customers have been touching. Never had a vape store do that (they always have ME take the drip tip off). I have been vaping for 4 years 8 months.
Since they also caused a blown coil on a tank I had just bought (that coil cost ME not them $ 3.60 — I had just bought it from them a minute before!!!), I was waiting for them to put my drip tip in their own mouths too, sheesh. This all happened because the employees don’t know how to work the mods they sell. They did not reimburse me for ruining my coil. Then they had to go on YouTube to look up how to work the mod. Can you say «incompetent»?
Also, there is no «Juice Bar» at this store. So if you go there its a 2 minute ordeal every time they have to change the juice. They also don’t clean the coils well enough so that there is lingering traces of juices others have tried. 5+ minutes of this per juice diddling, when it gets busy as there is only 2 people working there. Duh, hire more workers for busy times. And, teach your employees cleanliness, obviously their mothers didn’t, & OSHA is going to be very unhappy when they hear this.
Stay away!

This place is great, fantastic service very attentive sales people and the best part is you get to try all the different flavors. We came in to set my mom up with her vaping supplies kit, and we lucked out because we got the best salesperson ever he was super helpful, explained everything to her, and let her try quite a few flavors. For those that are just starting out with vaping I reccomend comming to a physical store at least for the first few purchases to get a feel for the items and test out flavors– my mom tried so many that she liked the name of but they turned out horrable, if she had simply bought online she would have wasted money.

Another drop in for more juice and could not be more pleased. The staff is awesome and SO helpful and friendly! Stop in … You will not be sorry!

GREAT customer service! They always know my name. I won’t go anywhere else! They have a great variety of juices. Employees are so willing to help you out and give out professional advice.

This place has a great selection of juice but if you want anything else I would not recommend this shop. I went in for a rebuild the other day and it was the worst service I have ever received at a vape shop the builder was complaining the entire time he build me and my friends mods and he provided us with the worst rebuilds we have EVER received (I have been vaping for 3 years and never experienced a build so bad) my friends build doesn’t fire correctly and mine will only fire on one side we left the shop unhappy and will never return to this location for anything other than juice.

Staff is super helpful and knows what they are talking about. Always willing to answer a question or help with builds or juice suggestions.

This place is like no other smoke shop I’ve ever visited. The employees are EXTREMELY helpful and FRIENDLY. (two words never used to describe a smoke shop not to mention most businesses) I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Best vape shop I’ve ever been too!!! Alie an Chris were so helpful! I’m used to shops were I feel unwelcomed an this was the exact opposite! I’m still so blown away by the service!

I’m a Canadian who visits Arizona frequently and finally got to check out this store (which I found on Unilocal) and I was very satisfied with the customer service and selection of juice was awesome. The dude who helped me out was super helpful and really patient helping me pick out some new flavours. I give it 4 stars because I had a tough time being able to distinguish any of the flavours on ego sticks they used for their testers so it was kind of a shot in the dark when choosing. I’ve seen a lot of other stores switch to Nautilus tanks and that has made a huge improvement when testing different juices. Thanks and I’ll be back!

Went to this vape shop today. The staff was very friendly especially Corey he is awesome. He was very helpful and walked me through every step in my vape journey. He allowed me to try all sorts of flavors to find the right flavor for me. I ended up walking out with a new RDA and some great juice! I will be a returning customer! Also the online store is sweet!!! Check them out ask for Corey!!!

Hey if you are looking for anything Aspire this is the place to go if they do not have chances are nobody does. Very good loyalty points programs for customer that sign up not to bad. Just wish the Tempe location received product as fast as the Mesa location but other than that not to bad

Kidney Puncher is an awesome place, they sell about everything here but the problem is every time i come in to buy something they are 99% of the time sold out of it. Their prices are reasonable and their list of juice choices is extensive. If you do want something though and don’t want to waste gas be sure to call ahead to see if its in stock.
I want to be clear that the only reason Kidney puncher isn’t 5 stars is due to the fact that nothing is ever in stock.

I’m a new vaper. I found out about Kidney Puncher through a YouTube video. I went to their online store and found out they were local and had an actual store. Been to a few of the shops in the east side. This is the best one so far. Good selection of juice. Lots of parts and pieces, from beginner to the most experienced vaper. There were two guys there, Dan and Chad. I asked opinions on juices and they were happy to chat with me. A little hard to find, but I was informed that they are in the process of getting permits for outside signage.
I will definitely be back for coil supplies and of course more Space Jam.
