History

Established in 2005.

In the end of 2005, Chuck and Katrina Herron began delivering physical therapy to provide their patients an high level of outpatient physical therapy. They realized that many patients were in need of outpatient physical therapy in Mesa, Queen Creek, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon, and were suffering a lower quality of life and suffering with untreated injuries.

So 2006, Chuck and Katrina founded On the Mend On the Move Physical Therapy in Mesa AZ. On the Mend On the Move Physical Therapy’s purpose is to serve a growing population as well as to provide care for busy adults and families that were unable to travel to a physical therapist office for an appointment.

Since then, they have opened 2 offices. One serving Mesa, with services in the areas of back pain and neck pain rehabilitation, pain management, relief from hip pain, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, sports rehabilitation. The second office was opened in West Mesa, to provide physical therapy in Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe.
