Service King Collision Repair of Baseline

After bringing my car in for repair I didn’t hear anything for days. Then when I called in they told me we’ll call you back this afternoon. Worst service ever. Find another shop.

These people did a great job on my car and they completed the scope of work fast and delivered my vehicle in the time promised; flawless workmanship from the crew that worked on my fender bender and made it look like my Sonata just rolled off the showroom floor, I would also give a standing ovation to their front office staff for the seamless coordination with Enterprise Rentals, and Gary Sullivan was a pleasure to deal with… these folks really raise the bar in every aspect of customer service and satisfaction. I would recommend this Service King facility to friends and family.
They are in my humble opinion head-​and-​shoulders above their competitors and have earned my trust, respect, and business. Thanks again, Service King!

I recently went on a trip to Texas where my car received extensive hail damage. Service King not only fixed all the damage (over 40 dents and $ 7,000 worth) but even took care of a few unrelated chips I had. They kept me updated frequently during the process with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve had my car repaired at multiple places over the last six years of traveling for work. I drive around 4000 to 6000 miles per month, so inevitably I get in at least one wreck per year.
Service king did a terrible job on the repair of my vehicle. Not only are there drip marks in the paint and they are refusing to fix that, they also did not attach the undercarriage correctly and it detached while I was driving on the highway and completely destroyed it. They are telling me that that is my fault and that is up to me to replace on my own, because of their failed ability to deliver me a car that was accurately put back together.
Terrible customer service… Anyone who reads this, go somewhere else. It’s not that they can’t do good work, it’s that when they do bad work, they pass the buck on to somebody else and blame it on somebody else and don’t fix the problems that they cause.
Needless to say, I will never ever ever return to service king for any work whatsoever.
5 days later — and now both of my headlights have stopped working. I travel for a living so driving at night is kind of imperative to my job. This botched job needs to get fixed and it needs to happen sooner rather than later.
Update — I brought my car in to get the headlights fixed and of course Gary and Kevin give me crap. However, Ferman, the guy with common sense customer service skills, (he should be promoted to GM or Customer Service VP) simply said he would look at the car, he took it to the back, put it up on the stand, showed me where something had hit my under carriage and most likely, causes it to get loose and then because a piece of the grill was missing, some air probably pushed the valence downward while driving.
I agreed to pay for the parts needed, since it makes sense, and they are going to fix the lights. I’m in here right now. Ferman is the kind of person that needs to train Gary and Kevin in customer service.

My daughter’s car was dropped off after she got in an accident. She was so upset but knowing that it will be fixed made her feel better. Kevin kept us updated every few days telling us what stage the car and the repair was in. This alone was great and made up feel that he does care.
Even though the accident wasn’t her fault, she felt that she was being punished as she did not have her car. Once the car was finished, my daughter was so happy as it looks like a brand new car.

Bunch of Liars and Scammers!
Small front-​end fender bender took TWO MONTHS to fix. The manager Jorge Garcia is a blatant LIAR! Told me my car is totaled when adjuster cut them a check for front end FIX!!! Got the run around for WEEKs when enquiring my car’s status. Lies to the end: JG told me when I picked up car front tire was replaced and front aligned. Nope. He lied. I took it to dealership since I didn’t want to deal with Service Liars. Stay Away!

I don’t even know where to start. We took our car to get the body fix from someone hitting my car in the parking lot. It was just a body fix, our car was running fine and nothing was wrong with it besides the body. Well it was in the shop for a week and when we went to pick it up on Thursday, the power steering was acting up. So my husband didn’t even drove it 5 feet and had to turn back around. He explained to Bryan what had happened and he said he will have his mechanic look at it the next day. Well next day later he calls us that it was actually a recall for my car and that we had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. My husband pick it up and the recall paper said «only in Canada» but Bryan said he called and it was also for my car. That was Friday afternoon, we left town that weekend and came back home Sunday, thinking our car needs to go back to the dealership, well Tuesday my husband was off work so he went to take a close look at my car and realized that it was jut a fuse that blew out and that it was just a $ 5 fix. So to make this a little bit shorter, my husband who is not a mechanic can figure it out in 5 minutes when their mechanic can’t? Does that make sense? And my husband did call our dealership to see about the recall and the girl said that my car was not recall for that and that it was only in Canada. So for 5 days here we are thinking we need to take it to the shop and get it fix, we were stressed about who’s car to borrow and such, for something that could have easily been fix? When my husband called them to explain that he had fix the car that there’s no way that the mechanic look at it, Bryan was apologetic and said he would have his manager call us back. We’ll he never did call us back we had to call him two weeks later! And when my husband ask what he can do for us since, we were out of car for that long, he said I’ll give you the $ 5 out of pocket to pay for the part and that there no proof that the car got broken in the shop. Well first of all it did, because when we brought it in it was perfectly fine, second why where they even looking under the hood? Third did the mechanic even look at it… to add to that my lights inside my car are not turning on either. I will never ever ever go back to service king, my car got more damaged while it was in their care.
