History

Established in 2005.

Valley Executives started in the Phoenix Metropolitan area during a time when the market was in an upswing and the economy was lively. We started managing with 15 homes and quickly grew to 75 within the first year! Since those early days, we have grown to over 300 homes. With the goal of constantly improving our systems, adjusting to the needs of the industry and fundamentally focusing on helping owners inprove their real estate portfolios, we have evolved and adapted to the ever changing market with skill and success. But the most honorable acheivement that we have reached to date, is helping displaced clients find a home — through our management — and helping our tenants atain homeownership.

James provides the leadership and skill needed to run a problem solving business like property management. His business training and experience spans three decades. His entreaprenueral endeavers started after fours year with the U.S. Marine Corp and two tours in Viet Nam. After returning home, he embarked on a myriad of jobs that today, have given him the foundation to run a company like Valley Executives.
