We took our car in to get a side mirror fixed. Pricing was half of what we were quoted at the dealership! The quality is great! It was also fixed in half the time of what we were told by the dealership. This is now our go to body shop! Staff is friendly and informative and don’t try to charge you for things you don’t need!

I took my 2014 Silverado to B&D’s after I hit road debris causing front bumper and trim damage. Their estimate was better than any of the others I received and they did a great job!
Bobby and the staff treated me like a person instead of just another customer adding to the bottom-​line. I will definitely bring my vehicles back if future road debris (or my wife’s diving for that matter) cause damage down the road.

This is my 2^nd time coming to B&D. The 1^st time with my 2012 Nissan Maxima. I slid on some ice and did some damage to my car. They were fast and reasonable price. My car looked brand new. Today, I picked up my 2014 Nissan Murano after I had damage to both sides of my front bumper. I dropped my car off on Tuesday afternoon and it was ready Friday. My bumper looks great and brand new!!! I will always recommend B&D.

I own a small garage in mesquite also and I always refer my customers to B&D. They have never once let me or my customers down. When I get a car back from them, it looks brand new!.. Thanks to them for being around. Billy

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! scam artist and will not do what you want them to do. They argue over any little thing and don’t really want to make the customer happy. Very frustrating time dealing with these people.
They were hired by another company to resolve an issue of a wreck that happened. They were told to make the customer happy whatever that meant to her. And then when my wife wanted to ask them to paint a section of the car that was damaged in the rack they argued and said that they didn’t think that that was a result of that wreck. Very frustrating…
didn’t want to go back-​and-​forth with them and argue about that was very dissatisfied and would recommend that you look elsewhere

Bobby, Trisha and all of the staff there were kind and professional. All work was completed quickly. My claim took some time to be processed, and they were patient throughout. My car looked great once they were finished! I carefully read reviews for different collision shops prior to getting work done, I am very glad that I chose this shop for my repairs!

I want to say we have had several cars repaired at B & D and have recommended them to friends. The owner is honest and he will work with you on insurance claims. I took a car to be repaired and the man that works there gave me a estimate of $ 1809.00 plus $ 50.00 towing fee. When I called to see if my insurance adjuster had been there I was told yes and he had estimated the damage higher than what they had. I called again and told him the check was for more than what was quoted to me by them and the man that runs it or someone that is employed there not the owner told me that when they got into working on the car they found more damage and my insurance company had agreed to pay for the additional damage. That is a bold face lie or I wouldn’t have been told what I was told about their estimate. I just want to get the car back and I am done with them just because of the person that runs the business for the owner.

This is the 2^nd car we have had repaired there. They worked with us and our insurance. The work they have done on both cars is excellent. We have unfortunately had to have multiple repairs done to multiple vehicles (lots of people texting and driving out there!) and this place by far does the best work. The two repair jobs we have had done there were set apart by about 6 years. This last one was just a couple of weeks ago and the work was just as good as the first job 6 years before.

I had some great work done by this shop on my son’s Saturn. I would have liked more communication and updates during the process but the repair work was excellent.
