A Nail Bar

A groupon voucher was given to me as a gift.
I was impressed with the location and loved that it was 2 people per session, hygiene is very important specially for my feet and immediately noticed the cleanliness. I was sat right away by Denise, I had my glass of white wine and very much enjoying my pedi (followed by my mani) until a Cuban lady walked-​in and ruined my experience. What really ticked me off the scene that the Owner caused, and even tried to lecture me as I am sitting on her business chair.
As a cosmetic business manager I would never treat my own employee’s and customers like she did to me. I left with a bad taste in my mouth… No, I will not go back.

Uncomfortably small space. Very limited selection of colors. When I sat down the manicurist received a telephone call and said to the recipient «I’ll call you right back, I have a client.» She had not even started with my Mani pedi yet. I told the manicurist nicely that the only thing I need to make sure is that my hands and feet are the same color. I asked for gel manicure and regular petty. She proceeded to pull colors that kinda matched and told me she has a degree in business management and I had to understand the colors are all made from the same manufacturer that only the names are different. I was floored she was being so condescending. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I let her continue. She started filing my nails and then she actually started filing the SKIN on my fingers. When I asked her what she was doing she said that is one of her «tricks». I proceeded to tell her she was filing sensitive skin and the friction of the file was actually hurting me. I thought thats what cuticle cutters are for! I was so upset I asked her to stop and I left. Beware! Of A nail bar. Not to be confused with Nail Bar. I never leave bad reviews, but I didn’t want this to happen again. Huge disappointment.

Great find very clean I bought a groupon for this place. If I didn’t buy a groupon I never would even know this place existed. It is very tiny only 3 people working in there. The place is very friendly and very clean. The staff is very knowledgeable. Mani-​pedi special $ 35.
