The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. There is no greeting when one walks in, its always empty therefor you would expect a hello. When I check out they are always on there cellphones no eye contact whatsoever with me, and they made me feel like i’m a bother to them. The last 3 times I have been to this place only because its literally right by me was to buy a drink, there merchandise is consistently expired(2 months expired) chocolate milk, chips, gatorade, apple juice, and the juice products. I reported this to the so called ”manager” her answer to me was, its because they don’t sell a lot. What kind of excuse is this, or even an answer to a customer. Selling expired produce?.. Major Lawsuit. It’s honestly a waste of space in Miami Beach outrageous prices for EXTREMELY horrible quality. This want to be trash Starbucks is actually more expensive than Starbucks, its pathetic. In order for this place to succeed they need new staff, better quality, and maybe even a new name because«Stardust» is officially the worst place I have ever been to in Miami Beach. I will never step foot in this place again, like a said Stardust has a lawsuit on their hands. They have cameras they can see how there employees treat there customers, and pictures taken of expired produce for proof.

Spoiler alert! Stardust is basically a Starbucks knockoff. Shocking, I know. It’s all good though because the formula can work. I was teetering between 2 and 3 stars but I’ve definitely had better so 2 it is. In addition to coffee and espresso based beverages, the relatively newly opened Stardust boasts real made to order food, mostly in the form of sandwiches. I have been three times and have no grievances to air. It looks to be clean. The staff are friendly and attentive as well as expeditious. Why the low rating, you ask? Sadly I just didn’t find the food to be very good and at $ 5(after tipping my spare change), the tall cappuccino is pricey. The name of the place alone begs the comparison to Starbucks, which brings more coffee for your buck. The sandwich I had was edible but the veggies didn’t taste the freshest and the cheese wasn’t as described. It was served with ruffles style chips. Bottom Line: doable in a pinch or due to convenience but not a locale I recommend seeking out.

This new coffee/sandwich spot opened a month or so ago across from Macy’s, in the UniK Wax/Massage Envy group of stores. Relaxing spot to grab some coffee while waiting for your wax appointment. Coffee was on point though could be stronger. There’s a large menu offering a variety of breakfast and lunch items, pasteles, migas, empanadas and more. I haven’t yet tried the food, but the women at UniK apparently order regularly, are pleased and mentioned lunch specials. Stay tuned for me to update this review upon trying something… perhaps I’ll ride my bike over later for lunch… Until then, swing on by for a treat!
