I went in for a full Brazilian. Claudia was amazing! Quick and painless. Best wax I’ve had to date.

I just walked in to have a lower leg waxing and I was really pleasantly surprised by the service I’ve got. I don’t remember the name of my esthetician, but it was the best service of such kind I’ve ever had in the US, not to mention it was fast and cheap– 26 $ for half leg– for Miami beach it’s really not expensive. Usually they always leave few hairs, but this one — she didn’t leave any, all very soft, smooth and clean. She put on the wax in a weird way, like I haven’t seen before, but no matter how– the result was spectacular. I have no idea about their other services, like they do nails etc, but my waxing was perfect. And the place doesn’t look fantastic inside: tiny room with a paper sheet on the couch, but again: I’m talking about the service, which was impeccable!

Traveled to south beach and was in desperate need of a wax and so glad I found this place! Adriana was amazing, easily least painful wax I’ve ever had. Super easy to schedule an apt on short notice as well. Highly recommend.

I had my Brazilian waxing, I don’t remember her name, she is from Colombia. Amazing experience. She did it painless and fast. Bring some cash for a tip. Nice place. Will definitely come again if I am in Miami.

Nancy was very sweet and worked very patiently with me since I have not waxed in a long time! She kindly reminded me to breathe and powdered me a few times to minimize the pain. I was very pleased and I would definitely go again. Just like the other reviews, I found it clean and hygienic.

Meh. I had a pedicure done while I was visiting Miami. It was one of the only nail places I could find nearby. The lady upfront was nice enough. My nail technician was definitely not very friendly. She maybe said 5 words to me during the whole process and that includes me asking her questions. The sanding procedure they use (with an egg beater) doesn’t work very well and at the end of the session she took a phone call and walked away so I was very confused as to if I was actually done. They had to pull a bunch of stuff off a chair for drying your nails. Just meh. She did paint my nails well, but that is pretty much the only positive. Meh.

I just had the least painful full Brazilian that I’ve ever had! Much better pulling technique than I’m used to (no ripping). Heading on tropical vacation and feel prepared now!

I have been going to SBBWC for a few months now and I can complain. Its clean and organized. There is no double dipping and the girls who do the waxing a very nice. Claudia is awesome and very gentle, I am a big wuss and she was super nice about it. When I call to come in they always fit me in.
The reason for the 3 stars is the parking is a head ache (a 15 min one), but if your luck or you get there early you should have no problem. The administrative part of the business needs a bit of an improvement but other then that I real like going there.

I highly recommend this place for waxing! I was in Miami on vacation and desperately needed some place to go as I did not have time to go to my regular person back home. I looked up the reviews on Unilocal and decided to take a chance. I am happy to say that I don’t regret my decision to take a chance at all! Claudia was calm, sweet, fast and efficient! I wish she lived back in my home town :). The prices are reasonable too!

Great and quick service. Called 30 min ahead to book and they took me as soon as I got there. I did both a full brazilian (front & back) and a pedicure. My feet look great and the waxing was straightforward (ie no time wasted). I appreciate the efficiency! Not the most updated place but great for the price!

I’ve been a loyal client of this facility for the past 5 years that I’ve lived in the SoBe area. It’s male to female friendly. Staff is well mannered and attentive. I also enjoy all their services from waxing to mani pedi. It’s well sanitized clean, I have no doubt management is on top of their game. I highly recommend Adriana if your doing your brows she’s a true expert. Prices are reasonable and have not changed to drastically. I recommend this place if your a South Beach local or if your in town to visit. Don’t let hairs get out of control.

I truly love this place!!! When I was new to Miami I was looking 4 a waxing place & this was it! My favorite estheticians are SILVANA & ADRIANA! They are professional, sweet & caring :-)
But everybody knows what they are doing.
Also, great NAIL SERVICE! I like Shirley & Charlotte!

Trash ! My appointment was at 7 o’clock and they were 35 minutes late I was stuck waiting and finally when it was my turn to get the service they did not have proper sanitizing wipes or anything to clean personal hygiene before and after the services not even antibacterial wipes I myself am a licensed aesthetician and I know the steps and processes also I had to correct one of the staff for double dipping #getto this is why I stick to bliss spa at the W hotel

Omaiga just went to this place for the first time i live in chicago and I was looking for a place to get my Brazilian wax done oh lord best experience in my entire life since I’m a chicken god that Argentinian lady has the best hands so smooth she cares a lot about the client she is very patience very nice lady and her hands God bless, her no pain and so cheap cheap wow cheaper than chicago and that Peruvian lady as well I gotta a pedicure with her wow the best pedicure ever I’m in love with this place front desk lady very accommodating I called last min and they took me I’m very pleased with my waxing and my pedicure too bad they don’t do acrylic nails that’s my only complaint but if you in Miami and you need to get a bad ass service done either nails or a Brazilian that’s your spot trust me !!! #Obsessed

The quality of work is great, the services are awful! Used to love this place and recommend it to absolutely everyone! If you are going there for mani and pedi ask for Shirley she does an amazing job, you will be very happy!
For waxing definitely ask for Adriana, she is the best, fast and you will barely feel any pain!
However receptionists and administrative services are awful! Rude, unprofessional and ill mannered, I don’t know where the management or the owners are looking or thinking about!!! Used to have no problem with my appointments that I reserved a week in advance but for several times now I either had to wait for an hour and still be sat with a different nail aesthetician or had to cancel my appointment due to their lack of time management. And if you are not happy about it you will most likely get an attitude back from the front desk. I walked away pretty pissed on couple of occasions.
If not for the girls that work there this place would deserve negative stars!

I walked-​in SoBe waxing this morning, and initially felt like I needed a combo waxing (lower legs, armpits, upper lip). However, when NANCY took me in, she took a look and advised me against the legs and armpits, since the hair was too short and it would have broken.
I appreciate being given expert advice, and not only having businesses trying to sell expensive services to their clients, even if not necessary.

Friendly and very professional service. Did a bikini wax three times and the result was always very good.

I’ve had my share of horror stories with waxing. After researching and looking around for place/​person I finally found one I’m willing to stick with for the long run!!!
Aside from being sanitary, Adriana makes me feel so comfortable!

You can easily overlook this place if you’re walking too fast down Washington Ave. I needed to get my eyebrows done and decided to give this place a chance and I’m glad I did. The place is not a 5 star Spa but it’s clean. The lady that took care of me is Claudia, not very talkative but that’s ok, I’m not either, specially when I have a person handling HOT wax on my face.
All in all, I like the place and the service. This will definitely be my new place to get my eyebrows done. I understand they also do eyelash extensions, but I love mine so I won’t be doing that. But I might try to get my nails done there.

I needed an emergency pedicure done while I was at South Beach and I needed one that was walking distance from the beach– with the help of Unilocal,I found this place!
I called the place to make a booking and thank goodness they had availability. I got an evening booking, but I was very impressed with the quality, promptness and service. I love my toes! Charlotte did an amazing job and I loved how everyone was so friendly and all smiles. Thank you!
They also had a TV just in case anyone is wondering which is great since it makes time go by faster. The nail and wax place is busy so be sure to call ahead.
PS. I’m only giving 4 star since it is my first nail experience in South Beach but I will be sure to make another visit next time!
