UPDATE my nails have all turned infected and are peeling back. It’s so unbelievably painful & disgusting. I am so upset this place has ruined my nails. The picture I posted is after I cleaned them up since they keep bleeding and peeling. I don’t think there tools are clean. Be careful people. My fingers have been in pain ever since I’ve gone there & they are now all turning yellow, becoming more disgusting everyday since I got them done. Just a WARNING. Be careful. I hope this goes away and doesn’t turn all my finger nails into fungus or something gross.

AMAZING! Not the fastest place but an extremely relaxing experience. I went yesterday for a pedicure and facial at the same time, which was convenient because I don’t usually like sitting for too long.

This was just weird. $ 54 for a gel manicure. They have no tables just big, comfy, massage tables. Its an interesting idea but VERY impractical. You’ve got the light resting on your stomach and the poor manicurist has to run from side to side. For the price, a little lotion and a massage should be included. My manicure ended up to be nice but the process and resulting flat hair were not great.

Very disappointed with this place. I was told 2 different prices for the fill, I walked in at 2:20 expecting to be able to be done at the very least 4pm for work. After about 10 min I was told by an employee that there was a discount for the service since I work on the strip. He asked the receptionist and she said ok. So he told me ok your cleared for 30% off. Then the receptionist said «oh her?» And called him back over then all over a sudden the discount doesn’t apply on weekends? Very rude considering I never asked for a discount in the first place is was offered and then obviously it must be offered to a certain clientele. I’m 25, and manage a store on the strip so I found this to be completely rude since I too work in the customer service industry. The fill took so long that at 4;00 they were just about to polish on… 1 hour and 40 min. Since I had to get to work I got up politely and said that I had to go. Then when I went to pay… The initial price was 50 $ then it changed to 60 $ while I was in the chair and some how wound up having to pay 84 $. That’s crazy to me that the price changed three times and an hour and 40 min leaving unpolished and the receptionist with a smirk on her face. Very rude and disrespectful. The lady that did my nails however was very sweet, just took very long. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went in there today on my day off and just wanted to check if they take walk ins for a pedicure.
Right away someone came and told me to have a seat.
I thought oh wow this is amazing no appointment and u get to be the next one.
Not tooo fast… there she comes this young lady that looked at me like Omg really ??? What is it that u want ???
I said a pedicure please. She said ok this chair/​bed u can have a seat. I said ok nice.
Then she starts there he Pedicure which cost me at the end $ 54. Part of the pedi was a nice pressure massage. I said yes this is what I need. She was barely having any pressure so I said hey excuse me (since she didn’t introduced her self I didn’t k ow her name). U can go ahead and use some pressure. She looks up and says I have FEVER!!!
and I said u shouldn’t be here then. And never u should say such thing to the client.
I was very dissappointed from such a pretty and clean place such a unpleasant person that works there .
Pedicure was nothing special and not fair the price.

I had a 30-​minute massage and Alessia and she was excellent: she restored my tight neck to factory setting. The place is lovely (and walking distance from my house) and the staff very nice. I’ll be back for sure, even if the prices are a bit high.

I was just about to embark for my cruise when my nail broke! I was Frantically calling around to see who could repair me real quick! Thank God I found the Spa E and they were so kind to fit me in right away! What a lovely place and lovely people! Noemi fixed me up perfectly and did and awesome job, quickly! What a lifesaver!!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! And especially her!!! Thanks!!!

A facial, mani and pedi at the same, damn, time. That’s the «ménage e spa» and it is glorious sensory overload, not to mention a time saver!
Bernadette the senior aesthetician did my facial — she was superb and clearly an expert. She customized it based on my needs and suggested some products based on my questions. My nails and toes came out great too.
I will definitely come back and highly recommend the experience.

Me and my Fiancé came here for Pedicures. The staff worked quick and were very patient at the same time. Great for guys. I loved how they made you feel at ease and comfortable. The owner is such a sweetheart she cares about how her clients. We already booked 4 more people to come back next week.

Very nice staff. Terrible mani/​pedi. Particularly for the price. I should have allowed my 12 year old niece to do them

Spa e is an amazing place especially for locals. Great relaxing getaway! You have to ask for Bernadett if you want to have to best facial in town. :-)

My friends and I traveled to Miami. It was first time and it blew me away. I’m not easily blown away. On our first full day, we decided to get mani/​pedis. We asked Siri to find ones nearby. I chose Spa e. Ms. Brenda was like a lighthouse guiding us safely. She and her diverse staff helped us to have a wonderfully magnificent experience!

Ok so this is not the spot for a quick in and out pedicure but it is the place for the most luxurious and relaxing pedi at a reasonable price. This is a spa and not a nail salon but I have gotten my nails done here quite a few times. This time I took advantage of some down time to really enjoy my pedi and opted for a Zone Out mini massage with my pedi. So the pedi itself is relaxing, no chairs where other people’s feet have been, you lay down in a cushy chaise and the bath is brought to you while you sip a cucumber water and lay back with cucumber slices on your eyes. The process involves various masques and potions for your tired feet and I drifted off. That itself was good enough. But then my Zone out massage started.
I was covered in a warm thick towel and the therapist went to work. Every knot and kink was worked out leaving my entire upper back refreshed. Wow I was in heaven. I completely forgot about my feet but when it was all over and I was propped up in my chaise my toes were polished and lovely and I felt like a new person.
The salon is small and the chaises are in the open with a big glass window front. But you forget about all that, it’s very relaxing and the massage therapist is outrageously good.
I was there about 1.5 hours, a little long but $ 100 for a pedi and massage, pretty good deal. Both are first class and you’d pay way more in a spa. Only suggestion, therapist should talk less during the massage. It’s called Zone Out, remember? And that’s what I want to do. All in all, wonderful service and I’ll be back.

Overpriced for the massage. I really didn’t like the fact that the massage therapist pulled down the sheet so far that half of my butt was showing and then proceeded to leave the room for atleast 5 minutes, with me exposed (even if it was a private room). Never have I experienced this, with any massage I’ve ever had.

Just had a four layer facial and gel nails done at Spa e with great results. The ladies here have a soothing touch whether for nails or facial massage. I love Taneisha in particular. Prices are high but then again it’s the heart of SoBe and Lincoln Road so honestly the fees are normal for here. For a day of pampering they know how to do it right. I feel fabulously relaxed.

I had the foot fetish pedicure. Admittedly, coming from NYC I was mildly horrified by the price tag of $ 75 for a foot job but I had no other option.
The place is pretty and and comfortable, you just lie back with cucumber slices on your eyes and the chairs do all the moving for you, AND they give you cucumber water in a martini glass.
Liana did an absolutely amazing job. Thorough, took her time, excellent massage. Worth every cent. Highly recommend.

Location, staff, owner and more. Always delighted to visit and treated like family. Excellent value and professional follow ups. I especially enjoy the ongoing interaction and customer attention /​‘are you feeling OK?’ method of engagement. Thank you Spa E.

This place is lovely. The staff was running around spoiling everyone. They treat you like royalty. I loved it.

I absolutely loved my experience at Spa E. I was looking for a spa in Miami and this one was recommended to me by the concierge at the Catalina Hotel. I was able to get an appointment the same day which was great. I had a full body massage which was alright, I have had better. The gel mani and pedi was the best I’ve ever had!!! I forgot the ladies name but she was a young pretty asian lady. She did an amazing job!
The environment in the Spa is very relaxing and everything looked and smelled clean.
Cons:
–There was a guy who was getting some service done and wouldn’t be quiet; he was very loud. Nobody told him to be quiet either, which was annoying. However, I’m sure that was just my luck because before he walked in it was very quiet and relaxing.
–It was a bit pricey but it was worth it at least for the gel mani and pedi.
This will be my go to spa in Miami!
